Exceeded my expectations in every way!
I'll keep this brief. I was able to order two pairs of glasses, using my existing prescription, using their app to choose and "try on" frames virtually, and then purchase them for around $70 TOTAL. They made everything easier than i could have imagined, so I give them an A+ and I highly recommend them.

Warped and dizzy from glasses
The glasses were insanely warped and made me nauseous. I double checked my prescription and it was correct. The customer service team was helpful and made it easy to return them though.

Loved Zenni for many many years until…
Loved Zenni for many many years until you have a problem. My shipment got lost. It's been a week since the latest delivery date they published for my order. Last tracking was over 1200 miles away. 0 Customer service. They tell me to wait another 10 days which would make a month since I ordered them. At that point maybe they will send a replacement order and I could possibly wait another month after that, who knows. Just filed a chargeback as well. Luckily Captial One doesn't think this is acceptable.

True customer service
True customer service. I had mistyped my prescription and when I received my glasses they were unusable. I contacted customer service and was told I could return them for full store credit. Which I did, and ordered a new pair with the corrected prescription. Not many places would have given me credit for something that was my mistake, but Zenni did!

The experiences of 15 years using Zenni
Prices of frames do not change over the years.
Postage has been kept constant for over 10 years.
I have already suggested, that for people like me, who have been using the same frame for over 10 years and having 3 or 4 brand new frames at home, a possibility to order a new set of lenses without the frame should be considered by Zenni. (reuse...recycle)

Wellmade glasses, quick delivery.
I though think coatings are not of best quality, I feel lenses get dirty/greasy quite easily and cleaning takes some effort (stains do not clean with simple wipe).
