Stopped replying

Stopped replying. Dont send invoices. Claim to be Meta-partner, but it appears they arent. There are other much better alternatives, and we are so happy we switched.

TOTAL SCAM / lost 3k EUR

I hired ZefirChat for WhatsApp marketing setup and paid them €3,000 — and it turned into one of the most frustrating and damaging experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider.

Everything was handled by ZefirChat. I trusted them fully. But within just one week of launching the setup they created, our WhatsApp (Meta) account was banned.
Not restricted — banned.

And this happened because of the way they set everything up.
This wasn’t a coincidence. It wasn’t bad luck. It was the direct result of a setup that clearly didn’t follow Meta’s rules. Another professional agency later confirmed this to me immediately.

The ban lasted two months, and those two months were a complete nightmare for my business. WhatsApp was a major part of our customer communication, and suddenly everything collapsed overnight — right after ZefirChat touched our account.

What made it worse?
The support during those two months was almost nonexistent. They submitted one report and then basically disappeared. No updates, no pressure on Meta, no urgency. Sometimes they replied once every few weeks. Meanwhile, my business was stuck, losing valuable time and opportunities.

When the account finally got reinstated — after two months of stress — ZefirChat didn’t celebrate with us, didn’t finish the work, didn’t fix anything.
They simply vanished.
My messages were completely ignored by both the owner and the team. No explanations, no apology, nothing. Just silence.

I felt abandoned after paying €3,000 and trusting them with something so essential. The experience left me feeling scammed, disappointed, and honestly shocked at how unprofessional everything was. I even tried a chargeback, but it was too late.

I have now moved to a different provider, who instantly confirmed that the original ZefirChat setup was done incorrectly and did not follow Meta compliance — exactly what caused my ban in the first place.

This whole situation cost me money, time, energy, and caused massive stress for two months. Based on everything I experienced, I cannot recommend ZefirChat to anyone.

We want to clarify a few points for accuracy.

The name used in this review does not match the details of the account involved, though we understand which case this refers to. Several of the statements made here are incorrect and do not reflect what actually took place.

The financial claim of being “scammed by €3,000” is false. This does not reflect what is clearly shown in our billing records and the payment processor’s records.

The statement that another agency confirmed our setup caused the account ban is also false. Meta applies account restrictions based on its own policies and automated reviews. These decisions are not caused by service providers.

Our internal records show consistent communication, full support, and multiple submissions to Meta until the review was completed. Any claims suggesting otherwise are not accurate.

This case has been reviewed internally and is now closed.

Zefir Chat is truly one of the most forward-thinking and effective WhatsApp marketing platforms I've come across. I tried a marketing system that helps increase the user's income up to 30% also very good service for chatting with friends and family easily, I highly appreciate Zefir chat.

Just give them 2 months and then check your revenue channels!

After being recomended to use Zefir Chat my company decided to trial them out. After a painless onboarding process to obtain what we required we started to use their services and platforms to aid our marketing and sales efforts. We realised quickly we had been neglectful of our strategy to push WhatsApp and now thanks to Zefir we have increased our sales by around 29% of extra revenue. This sounds like a fake review but our advice is to let them have your WhatsApp channel and contacts for a few months and see them work magic. Happy to also take questions if you are considering using them and require client feedback beforehand. A good work ethic followed by an upbeat knowledgable team.
