It was a great place to buy vouchers. Great discount. Shame the website is not working without notifying customers. Hope it will come back one day.

For the benefit of other readers, you MAY be able to claim money back for any lost credit if you paid using a credit card. I bought some Zeek credit via Paypal using my American Express credit card. I initially raised a dispute via Paypal, but it sounded doubtful they'd reimburse me. So I also raised a chargeback claim direct with Amex. They put the full amount I originally paid Zeek into suspense, meaning that for now my Amex credit card account has been fully refunded for the amount I paid Zeek. This could still be reversed if Zeek were to challenge the chargeback. But I feel this is unlikely, now that Zeek's website has been taken down and they've clearly gone out of business. In future, I'd recommend others not to pay for this type of service via Paypal. You're FAR better off using your credit card direct, as this gives you Section 75 protection if the purchase is for £100 or more. I won't be leaving too much cashback credit in my Quidco and Topcashback accounts from now on either, just in case the same thing happens there. After all, both were heavy promoters of Zeek, so they've hardly covered themselves in glory.

I have been using Zeek through Quidco and to now find I have lost over £600 in vouchers and monies they had on my account. Fraudsters should be arrested and held accountable to pay people back. Would suggest nobody uses any site with Zeek in the name.

Lost £260 with them. Luckily they didn't have my credit card info.

Sure I have lost cashback I thought I had from this site. As luck would have it I took photos of the egift cards I bought just hope they still work.

Thieving toerags closed down stealing hundreds of thousands of customers money

Went on the site to buy a giftcard with the ~£100 I had remaining on the site to find it wasn't working. Only way I figured out there were any issues is by coming onto TrustPilot and reading other reviews. Despicable that a company can just silently disappear without notifying any of their customers about the issues they're facing and essentially run off with the money.

Gone into receivership. I can’t access cards or credit on account. DO NOT USE

I sold my gift cards weeks ago and I still don’t have money. Tried to contact them many times but no replay.

I lost £125 for my gift card, I want to use it, but their website can't be opened, what a scam, how can I get my money back?

I’m so angry- have just found out about this. Company didn’t email customers about problems. I was adding to my wallet to save for the birth of my baby. Mainly mothercare vouchers. Can’t believe I’ve lost £100’s at a time when I really need it. What a scam, feel so foolish!

Complete scam, I lost £20 of credit. Tried contacting customer services several times and had no response.

The website stopped working months ago, i cannot get access to my cards and have lost alot of money. I tried contacting them via their contact us option but no response. Not sure what to do :( very disappointed.
