Good, but clearer check out process in local currency is desired
Overall, I had a good website experience, with the selection of goods being easy and the overall experience of the checkout smooth. But one improvement I could say, would be to be able to checkout in the currency of the purchaser I.e UK the cart is kept in GBP, that way the customer quickly knows what they are paying in local currency.

Bought a 2 pack of NIMH 4200mAh 7.2v…
Bought a 2 pack of NIMH 4200mAh 7.2v batteries and sadly 1 was defective and would not charge due to drained voltage from sitting in some warehouse for years. Sent pictures to Zeee who then immediately offered me 50% off another set of batteries? Told them I am not willing to pay out more money until this issue is resolved, asked for a replacement battery but they keep refusing to replace it even after I sent multiple pictures of proof that the battery was defective??? A week later they still refuse to replace the battery and have now offered me 20% discount which is less than the first offer???????? Stay well clear of this company with their bad batteries and super poor customer service, very poor English language and they love to copy and paste replies. Money lost for me and a dud battery that I have to try and recycle. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

From past quality experience I had a great zee battery. My last order, the packs had a high IR for being new. They sent me new ones. Customer service was easy to talk to and they messaged me back in less than 24hours.
