Excellent company, ordered a CP Company jacket, it arrived very quickly and well packaged in a box for extra protection. Unfortunately it was too small so I returned through Royal Mail using the prepaid label included and was refunded very quickly. I would recommend and definitely use again.

I have been using Zee & Co for many years the clothing they sell is the highest quality, delivery & packaging is 1st class also free returns on all items which can be exchanged, can't fault this company at all.

First time I've ordered from these. The order arrived within a couple of days. Well packaged and with an additional bag to store the item in. Very impressed with the service and would gladly use them again.

Ordered Moschino trainers for my son. They were delivered sooner than expected. They also look amazing. The photos on the website do not do them justice. By far the best price I’ve seen them online for too! I just don’t get the bad reviews you see for this store. I suppose some folk are just never happy.

Went to this shop this morning asked for a certain size off jacket 10 mins of wayting in the shop another member of staff approached me I reminded them I was waiting for the jacket off she went to see the first person who was meant to go and get jacket from store room but who had obviously forgot said I was going out for 10 minutes and would be back. I returned 10minutes later still no jacket was told they were still fetching it - basically never got the jacket maybe as I wasn’t going to be spending £1k plus on designer goods but just to say your inability to serve customers one at a time and your ability to make people feel like they should not be in their shop all I can say is that for your ignorance I got what I wanted elsewhere - I may not be a regular to this over priced shop but the disrespect they paid me was shocking a visit I will definitely not be repeating

Placed an order late evening on a Wednesday, beat a countdown by 10+ minutes to get my item delivered by the Friday, never received any email to say the item had been dispatched, rang customer services to be treated horrendously, false advertising on more than one level. Steer clear. Won't use them ever again, first and last time.

I never have any issues in the Cross St branch, but the Ilford branch I've been to twice and had issues each time. 1stly they wouldn't buzz me in. Until a chinese man came to the door they were not opening, racism maybe?. I showed them my text for collection but then he asked for ID, because my partner ordered it for me, i offered to show him the credit card that was used for the payment but this was declined so, i had to get her to whatsapp me a picture of her ID. I thought that would suffice but because the item was in her name but addressed to me they now needed something with the delivery address on it, a utility bill or something. At this point, I realised that it was a race issue as I have never been asked to provide a utility bill to collect an item of clothing from anywhere. I continued to offer my credit card that was used to purchase the item but this was again refused and I was assured this was just store policy. Once documentation was provided for the address I believed this would be all but I was stopped from taking my item because he now had to inspect the credit card I paid with.
Collecting clothing while black, I will not be returning to this racist zee & co ever again!
I did not have to wait to be let in, the staff refused to open the door for me until someone who was not black knocked on the door, and remarkably the doors were opened immediately! I wonder why?
I have bought clothes from Zee & Co for years and never had to go through the gymnastics i had to to collect this order. I literally did the same thing with a pair of Android Homme trainers with your Islington branch and did not have to go through that scenario with them, I wonder why? Closed down now too, i wonder why??? Good riddance to bad rubbish!

I was really pleased with the excellent service provided by the lovely gentleman named Chris. He was really fast and efficient in dealing with my query.
It’s always nice to come across lovely people who ensure customer service is delivered to a high standard.
