Been waiting 3 months for my order and communication is very poor

I have always been impressed with Zazzle products and prompt service. I recently had an order
mis-placed during transit which was no fault of Zazzle. Nevertheless, Blanka in Customer Service quickly provided me with a replacement order. I highly recommend Zazzle for their commitment to customer service.

My experience was excellent. I purchased 21st invitations yesterday for my son's 21st. There is a great range of invitations and products to choose from. I have always found the Zazzle staff to be thoughtful, kind and very professional as well.

I am a designer that submits designs for Zazzle's items for sale. I have to say that Zazzle is the fairest company to deal with in the 'Print on Demand' (POD) market. They are a pleasure to work with and immediately attend to any issues of concern on both parts. I would definitely recommend Zazzle if you are thinking about a side line business in POD.

I ordered a thanks coach cup for my son’s basketball coach Matthew and the cup is great with his name on it then on the other side the cup says Christopher which I find extremely weird. They are very difficult to contact to get a replacement unfortunately.

I ordered a wedding guest book for a bride, I had misspelt one of the words in the back page and after lodging a query about getting a refund/replacement they had contacted me within 3 hours to tell me they have given me a full store credit! Incredibly impressed and highly recommend. Amazing quality

There was a problem with my order. I sent an email explaining what was wrong and I received a reply from Fiona, she offered to fix the issue with no questions, just great service. I am now waiting for the replacement. Thank you Fiona.

I ordered a Hawaiian T shirt for my son in another Ozzie state, and it was too large, so asked would they exchange it please, for a smaller size? This was done immediately with no questions. My son will now remember his great holiday in America in the correct size shirt.
I'm so pleased and am still amazed I did not have to answer 10,000 questions.
I can't wait to tell everyone of the great service. Thank you Zazzle.

I accidentally ordered some personalised flyers with the wrong name. Paulina in Customer Service was amazing in offering me a credit to repurchase even though it was completely my fault

Went to order a design that Zazzle hosts on their site. Went through the effort to select size and everything. Ordered it and then zazzle immediately cancelled because the design is a copyrighted design. Okay great…. But why host it then!! Time wasters

Helpful customer service, helped with logo sizing, clear instructions. When things went wrong, they were empathetic. Great product, delivery on time they indicated. Will def. use again.

Ordered a custom printed travel mug for a farewell party for our boss. Small issue with email confirming delivery but didn't arrive till 3 days later. However customer service was excellent, prompt with an apology and refund of shipping fee. Awesome product, love it.. well done Zazzle! From New Zealand

I’ve used Zazzle several times & the quality is always impeccable. Customizing the design is fun & super easy to navigate. I generally always receive my orders on time or even early. I won’t ever use another program other than them.

My partner ordered a cup from this company and received a faulty product (images were printed wrong), they wouldn’t issue a refund, refused to send out a replacement and have now stopped communicating.

This is the definition of a scam. Avoid.
