I've ordered from Dr Ansay in the past and I was very happy with the service and the delivery time, usually 2-3 days after I placed the order. Although the prices are totally fine, I thought I'd shop around and used flowzs.com for a price comparison. Zaza Pidgeon had the best price for the strain I was interested in. It was actually 8€ cheaper per gram than the most expensive shop and 1€ cheaper than Dr Ansay. Also the prescription and delivery charges were cheaper than Dr Ansay. So I placed my order one week ago via Flowz. The prescription was accepted the next day from Doktor ABC and the order was forwarded to Zaza Pidgeon. Since then zero communication from them. I've sent two emails and one via their contact page without any response. It's impossible to get through on the phone. Even if they do eventually deliver, which could take up to a week once the order is processed as I understand from reviews here, I am very disappointed about the total lack of customer service from this supplier and won't be using them again.

No Phone Service at all. Then I Rode my wheel Chair there to Pick Up my medicine. The Lady told my even normal customer we're unable to get through ob the phone. My Medicine was there but IT was Not possible to hand IT Out to me because they did Not Pack IT by then. I asked firmly If they could Pack IT now, She replied, they would Not do that anymore. The drunk Lady at the desk was Not nice at all.

prices different on the website than after checkout when you paying, ordered express in wednesday, its saturday and my shipping status still not changed (payed and not shipped) if you dont want to wait week for your EXPRESS paid shipping - dont buy here

Zaza Pidgeon seams to be starting the buisness - so some small problems over all.
But the product is treated with love - and better than average quality (strains AND storage).
Nice Option to get Miron Glas for a small fee

Don't order there, no replys, no option to reach the company via phone, email.
Beware.
