Absolutely shocking, bought a dress and would have sent it back but there was no invoice. Quality was poor, looked nothing like the picture. Avoid this company at all costs.

Daylight robbery
Daylight robbery. Scam online shop pretending to be European. Advertises easy return which is a lie. They claim it costs Euro 60 to return the item and that you will only be refunded a third of your purchased item. The dress wasn’t even the same I had ordered. The quality is so bad even a homeless person would turn it down. Complete and utter trash and meta should be fined for allowing those scammers to advertise on their platforms. Stay away from any trashy online shops that come from China! Always do a trust pilot check which I regret not having done before purchasing. The reviews say it all - zarella is a total scam.
