Suspecting That They Delivered a Used Product

I bought a wooden table, but when it was delivered, there were obvious signs of use and scratches. One of the table legs was even missing a piece, so I highly suspect that it is either a display model or a returned item that has been used. I wish I can attach photos here!

The worst ever online experience. Can not put in my address as they go by google location which is showing the street near mine. Seriously??? You trust that google knows better where I live than I do? Zara home is a joke.

Ordered wine glasses and tumblers

Ordered wine glasses and tumblers. Wine glassed delivered but was told tumblers got smashed in transit. Four weeks later still no tumblers and no refund. Almost impossible to speak to anyone with any common sence in so called 'customer care'. Refused to give refund (only voucher) due to me 'rejecting goods'. Still doing battle with them. Awaful service.

broken mirror

Hi, I have ordered a mirror from zara home, came broken. And that is not the whole story, it has been 2 weeks since I am trying to return the damaged item, still at home waiting forever for the damn driver to pick it up!

I wanted to give ZERO stars!!!

Extremely disappointed with Zara Home. I'm giving one star only because ZERO isn't an option. Their customer service and delivery system are incredibly frustrating.

I ordered a bed and scheduled the delivery for Saturday, October 5th. Yesterday, I received a missed delivery notification while I was at work. Then I rescheduled it for the next day, only to find out the order was split into two packages, and only one arrived! Customer service was really unhelpful and dismissive, placing the blame on me for their mistake.

This level of service is unacceptable. I don’t recommend anyone to buy any furniture from Zara Home online! This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life!!

Terrible customer service

I bought 2 folding chairs for the garden, for 400e, which fell apart after a few uses. After my complain, Zara assured me that if I return the chairs I will get refund. I sent the chairs with the courier hired by Zara, it was UPS. Now 3 weeks later the chairs are lost. I have no refund and no chairs. Can’t claim the lost chairs with ups as I’m not the direct customer, it’s Zara. The customer service is useless. Terrible service. I advise anyone not to bu furniture from Zara if you don’t want to lose your money.

Ordered wine glasses and tumblers

Ordered wine glasses and tumblers. Only wine glasses arrived despite the delivery note saying that everything is in the box. Tried calling and 'help desk' (a laughable term) was unable to assist. Said that they would call back. Nothing! Awful customer care. Completely disinterested.

Porcelain tableware from Zara Home

We bought tableware from Zara Home. 12 dinner plates, breakfast plates, different bowls etc. For the first time in my life I have invested in porcelain tableware, hoping it would last me more than a few months. The quality is poor, chips easily. Due to the design, which I like, it hardly fits in the dishwasher. And it scratches. There are many dark marks on the white plates from eating with cutlery. Apparently it was a permanent collection, but it does not look available anymore on the website which makes me even more irritated, although I am not considering buying this ever again. What a deception!

Room fragrance White Lotus doesn’t smell

I bought in Romania the room fragrance White Lotus 250 ml and in a room of 14 m^2 the parfume doesn’t smell even if I use the full number of sticks and I rotate them in the liquid after 2 days. I am very dissapointed, I tried to return the product but they refused to accept it. The price I paid was 45 euro for a product which doesn’t smell. I don’t recomand.

No bad experience so far

Delivery fast. Fragile items are carefully packed. A plus for lots of paper packing, and not so much plastic. I ordered 6 times in the last 3 months (we just moved to a new place), from large furniture (chairs, mirror, nightstands) to household items (glass bottles, dust bins, wire baskets) and everything arrived in one piece and just as I could have wished. It all feels like really nice quality and so far nothing broke or disappointed me. I have no experience with returns. I hesitated for a long time before ordering because of the really bad Trustpilot reviews, but so far so good!

Terrible communication

I have made an order on 31.07.2024. The package was supposed to arrive on 02.08.2024. It is 12.08.2024. today and there is no sign of ordered items. I have contacted customer service through chat multiple times and been said that package is waiting to be picked up and that I will be contacted once the package is shipped. The agents themselves were kind but couldn't do much. As none of that happened I contacted them once again just to be told that additional checks are being done. Totally murky behaviour.

HORRIBLE quality of KITCHENWARE

Horrible quality of kitchen ware. Never buy again. I paid 250 NIS which is 60 EUR FOR THIS. It’s was written that holder for plates is MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL, but its FULL OF RUST. How can I put clean plates and utensils there!? Never ever buy there again! I took a photo and will post it, it’s impossible to write it here.

Shambolic customer services

Shambolic customer services. Goods were due to be delivered 2 weeks ago. No sign of goods, no communication. Online tracking doesn’t work. I still can’t get an answer to what’s going on. No phone service, all contact is through chat. Constantly fobbed off with we will contact you in 24-48 hours.

Why would anyone order from a company…

Why would anyone order from a company whose website does not even give a detailed description of the item? If they do and I missed it, then it is a site that is ridiculously complicated to navigate. When you click on a specific furniture item, all you get is a larger image with no measurements, or material content.

DO NOT DO IT

DO NOT DO IT. They sent damaged package which we asked to be sent back and changed the address as we moved. They show up a wrong adress, take a wrong (valuable) package from another carrier from an old lady and then they don’t even return it. They admit it is their fault but they offer us to pick it up (personally) on the other side of EU (in Poland) while we order in NL.

Horrible experience with Zara Home…

Horrible experience with Zara Home Uzbekistan. I returned partially purchase, and didn’t receive my money back already for 33 days.

I went 4 times to the shop to ask on my refund, but every time they had different excuses. Either their accountant got married , so that they cannot disturb him, or it will take 14 days to get money back, or yes tomorrow for sure money is on your account….

I think it’s time to file a case against them on harming consumers rights, management doesn’t bother at all.

Zero after sales and customer care experience. Never experience such service from Zarahome across the globe before

Poorer than poor - stay away

Poor quality product and even poorer quality customer service. These guys will hold you to the absolute minutiae of their terms and conditions - and not consider any customer-specific circumstances. Won‘t buy there again and can thoroughly recommend the same to anyone else. You will find better products and more pleasant shopping experiences elsewhere.
