I am very satisfied with these stickers. I was looking for some good eco friendly stickers and i was surprised with how durable they feel! Also when printing I am aware of discrepancies between how the image looks on screen versus printed on paper. One of the images I used for stickers I got printed as a business card with a different company and the colors came out a bit dull so I expected that to happen with these but they didn't! They look just about as accurate as they appeared on screen! I will definitely use this company for stickers again!

I've ordered quite a few different custom keychains for my business from Zap and have always been impressed with the quality and turn around times.

My most recent order for the limited edition deep purple charms look absolutely stunning and I can't wait to get more.

Love the pins I ordered but sadly one of them got damaged - I think the design was too fiddly in the first place. Would be really helpful if there was a 'no smaller than x' on the otherwise incredibly helpful tutorials. Would definitely order from again but with a different design.

I have been using Zapcreatives to make acrylic charms since 2014, so far I've had three sets of designs made and manufactured and I love them! They are high quality, fantastic prints, and extremely durable. Zapcreatives have always had fantastic customer service and I am very excited to get more charms made by them. Their customer service is great, and even their advanced design templates are understandable and usable for even fairly new artists!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had great customer service as they helped me through color samples and the quality of the charms are stunning and sturdy. They were quick with email responses, have a great selection of options (multiple designs in an order, double or single sided, a wonderful selection of available materials, etc) and really clear instructions for their artwork submissions. The extra charms they sent with my order was unexpected but greatly appreciated! Definitely plan to use them again in the future.

I'm so pleased with how my charms came out from them and honestly wish I ordered more! Their communication is usually really good and if there are any issues with my designs they always check first. From despatch-receiving is usually quiet quick too!

They also gave me some extra units free which is most appreciated :)

My emails were answered in most cases under 24 hours. Customer service was friendly and very helpful. I felt like I was the only customer they had during the whole process. I felt special. I was kept up to date on my project's progress without prompting on my end. And when things were complete, shipping was fast and my products arrived to me safe and sound. Zap Creatives was wonderful to work with. Even during these uncertain times they were quick to answer and had very clear instructions on their website about how to set up the art files for my acrylic charms. They arrived in a timely manner and I'm thrilled with the final product. I will definitely work with them again.

I ordered clear acrylic charms during a sale, and Zap's option to submit designs up to 2 weeks after your order helped me take advantage of the deal! Their prices are good, and with a sale, they are great! Staff emailed me throughout the process and was able to help answer some questions and keep me updated well with the order progress! Received all of my charms exactly in 2 weeks after they shipped in amazing quality! All and all, I'm really happy with the experience and will return back for more in the future!

This is my first time working with any sort of merchandise manufacturers, and the support team at Zap! Creatives have been very helpful and understanding with my queries. They respond back within a reasonable amount of time, keep me updated on what step of the process the production team is on, and offer a variety of promos and discounts. I ordered two proofs, one design each, and got three of each design instead. Overall, I highly recommend them for the quality of the product as well as the quality of communication.

I've recently ordered a custom clear acrylic charm from Zap!Creatives and the result i received was incredible. The quality is gorgeous and it came out just as i wanted it to. Will definitely look forward to ordering from them again!

My first order with them was for wooden pins. Colours and quality turned out really nice and they were my go to when I needed to make some more wooden merchandise.

Recently I’ve just ordered stickers In bulk. I was pressed for time and needed a manufacturer that I could take a leap of faith. I first thought of Zap! Creatives and they absolutely did not disappoint! Sticker colours were sharp and on point, quality is great. I will definitely order again!

Great price for the quality and design variants! I'm pretty happy with the end result. I got quite a few designs, and it was cheaper than a lot of other companies I found. Color looks pretty good too.
The only thing was that they weren't shrink wrapped, but instead in a paper bag, mailed in a padded envelope. I'm not sure if this was just because it was the free international shipping option. A few of my stickers did get damaged, and I do wish it came in a box or with some more stiff protection.
Overall, still very happy with the end product.

Best prices I could find! Easy to work with, lots of fun options, friendly customer service, and great products. As soon as I saw the sample charms I ordered, I placed an order for more. I'm planning on ordering more soon!
The only issue I could find would be how long it takes to be made and shipped. But these are a made to order product, and are shipped from Germany, so they're bound to take a while!

I was looking for something a bit more customized and Zap! provided me with what I needed. Despite it being an option they didn't have available, they were very flexible about it and it turned out how I had expected.
