I bought a oven MOD.ZPV2000BXA
ser nr 40211186 and used no more than 15 times because i am single man and i eat out most of the time.
heating elements have gone on bottom parts.
very poor quality stay away do not buy ovens from Zanussi. i would give 0 stars but there is no option .

We have been without washing facilities for nearly 2 weeks and no resolution on the horizon.

Our washer dryer has now had to be fixed twice at a £149 cost to ourselves. This in itself is quite poor.

Furthermore Zanussi use a company called Pacifica to complete repairs. The company is dreadful. Their staff are incompetent.

Their engineer has caused a problem so the washer/dryer now doesn't even turn on. He has also damaged the cabinet which houses the machine.

I am constantly chasing Zanussi for a resolution and getting nowhere. I'm so upset, we have a young child and a mountain of washing. I'm having to wash clothes in the bath and lean on our neighbours for help.

The customer service is slow and difficult. Nobody is offering a solution and we are left in a worse situation than before Pacifica came to 'repair'.

I'm certainly not going to buy any more Zanussi products for my home.

Utterly shocking products........

I am beyond angry at the mo, as both ovens purchased with a WREN kitchen do not work after a few years. 1st oven broke in the 1st year of purchase, rang up WREN, they said to call the manufacturer, we did, they sent us back to the distributor. UTTER JOKE.

Won't ever USE WREN or Zanussi again.

I had two ovens from this manufacturer, both installed as part of a new‑build property. Within two years, both developed the same structural cavity and enamel failure, making them unsafe to use. This is not consistent with accidental damage or normal wear, it’s a material failure.

Despite explaining the situation clearly, including the new‑build installation details, the manufacturer’s response suggested the full case hadn’t been reviewed. No inspection was offered at any stage, even though the issue occurred twice and involved a structural failure.

The case was closed without any support, accountability, or resolution. Based on this experience, I’ve lost trust in the brand and will be replacing the appliance with a different manufacturer that offers better product quality and after‑sales support.

Trying to get a new filter for my kettle ZEK-1295D but they don't recognise the model No.
Website is rubbish trying to attach a picture of the information under the kettle that doesn't work either what utter rubbish.
Will never buy a Zanussi product again.

Appalling customer service. They don’t understand an English WhatsApp message. Their names suggest that English is maybe not their first language. I won’t buy their products or any in the Electrolux group that are sold in the UK (AEG) If they provided a proper customer service they would have communicated with the high percentage of negative responders.

It is a 1 because it cannot be even below 0.
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT! that is the recomendation. A brand new refrigerator that came with a brand new house never worked properly from day 1 and their service is just beyond useless. They have got a CUSTOMER DISATISFACTION DEPARTMENT, yes, you red well, their customer department seams to have the mission to annoy customers.
Engineers either don't show up or they come out of the communicated hours range. They take their time to send someone to fix things...
Result: we have been nearly 2 months with a refrigerator that doesn't work at all and their interest in solving it as temperatures are rising and we carry on wasting food is 0.
If you are buying a new house, I would double check they are not installing Zanussi products. All you can hope for is problems.

What had happened to this company, 10 years ago I bought their products and they last me 7 years. In the last 18 months I purchased a washing machine - was defective and destroyed my clothes due to a huge gap between the drum and the door - 1 year warranty rhe man came out and said that is the design you should buy a better brand - this was the person Zanussi sent. I kept complaining thst it was a fault until the warranty passed and they said please pay for support. I bought a Samsung with a 5 year warranty and have had no issues. Zanussi I now know what this word means - poor quality products and service - avoid at all costs

Washer dryer model Zanussi Z716WT83BI/OG ‘died’ with a loud bang - it was just 18 months old(!!) with weekly use for a couple - so certainly not over-used. It is not cost effective to repair so we will have to purchase a new one. Will not buy any Zanussi appliance again. Extremely disappointed.

Washing machine had water supply issue, problem was water pressure in the property. I wanted to ask them is there a minimum pressure for water supply to machine. I called them, had to listen to really, really, really irritating automated voice asking me various before saying it would connect me with a person. Then heard message, connection or something failed, please try later.
Called back straight away. More questioning, then machine then put through to what I believed was technical help. A woman who sounded like I had just woken her up answered! I asked my question and was told there is no one here who can answer it. I asked if she could transfer me to technical advice, again told there are no technicians here.
Total waste of time.
No wonder they have so many one star ratings.
Be warned.

So bad it's almost funny. I've had two washer dryers and they've both been terrible. They came with new builds. No one in the right mind would actually choose a Zanussi appliance. The latest one has gone completely dead after only a year's use.
When contacting Zanussi to book a repair nothing works. If you try booking online you get an error message. If you speak to the Chatbot it can't help you. The AI agent can't help you and fails to put you through to an agent. When you finally get in the queue you wait 15 mins and then a recorded message tells you to leave a message and cuts the call off.
Will I ever get it fixed?

6 month old dryer element gone. Shocking repair service then, taking nearly 4 weeks to repair. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I bought a Zanussi washing machine as part of my new kitchen from Wren in August 2018.
It cost about £500.00?

It has always been a bit noisy to be honest.
I live alone, there’s no children, animals or random washings of clothes covered in dirt or bad behaviours.

I am a reasonably responsible adult.

In the last couple of weeks, it sounded like someone had thrown a brick in it.

Got a handyman out who administered CPR. 😀

On 10/01/26 it deceased completely.

Last rites were administered and it is departing shortly.

I’m sure my neighbours did not like the sound of a train coming through their houses.

Honestly, dishwater is crap. Heating element broke within the first 2 years. We had it replaced by Zanussi and it’s broken again. We’re going to get a new machine from a better company (our building developer forced this brand upon us). If you have a choice, get a better brand. We will be.

Like others shoddy product failed just out of the warranty. No assistance. Just ‘it’s out of warranty’. Never again Will my hard earned line their pockets.

Dryer never worked properly, bought in summer so not used dryer function for months then it only intermittently wormed. Never buy Zanuzzi again. Also bought fridge freezer and seal split within 16mts all purchased via Magnets Cardiff

We purchased a Zanussi microwave 14 months ago. The warranty is 12 months and the microwave oven now won’t turn on. It’s £400 brand new or £150’for a call out to get it looked at and fixed. We are very dissatisfied that a product like that can stop working after 14 months. New cars with thousands of parts can last years but a simple microwave doesn’t with Zanussi so it appears they make them so they don’t last for extra business. Shambles of a company.

Bought a ceramic topped cooker Absoloute rubbish!! Hob has such a variation! on low hardly does a thing! ovens are useless lot of hot air escapes. Only decent thing is the ability to clean the oven glass doors.

Bought a Zanussi oven. The oven door fell off and smashed after two years. I bought a replacement door from their company & was told the dood was compatible, & the door doesn't fit. Now waiting 2 weeks for an engineer after being g told they'll make contact within a week!!! Avoid... useless company 😑

Have had several Zanussi products, my last tumble dryer lasted just over 2 years before the control board failed due to bad solder joints, this is poor material choice and workmanship.
The integrated fridge/freezer I have stopped refrigerating after 18 months, now all my food has spoiled and it will take 5 days to get a Zanussi technician to check it, maybe longer.
Really the products are cheap for a reason, because they are low quality and unreliable.
Definately not up to the same standard as Zanussi products 20 years ago.
