I placed an order worth £1,000 and never received the goods. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, they have neither shipped the items nor issued a refund. It’s been weeks, and communication has either been ignored or filled with empty promises.
This company appears to be running a scam. Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money.
No support if things go wrong
After receiving the order nearly 1 month after having placed the order I reported 1 of the 8 light fittings being broken. I received it at the storage on a Friday, reported on a Tuesday and was told it was beyond the 3 days and they didn’t offer any support. And the incredible thing is I cannot even order a new part because it's below the £ 135 minimum order they've put in place for the UK. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. From previous orders I expected better but that's only because in the past I never needed any support. Buy at your own risk and be prepared for long waits also.

Was hesitant to order my tubelamps from their site due to the poor reviewscores but went for it. Received my products fast and in good condition = all good! Looking at the other reviewscores I think they mainly have some issues with international orders so that's something they will probably need to work on.

Zangra sent two packages under the same invoice to the UK and I was forced to pay the same amount twice (£147.21 * 2). They could offer no assistance and put the blame on Parcelforce who told me that they had followed the information provided by Zangra.
Disappointing Customer Service – No Refund or Replacement After Two Weeks
I purchased a product from Zangra, and it broke after just four days of use. For over two weeks, I’ve been trying to get a refund or replacement, but my requests have been completely blocked. Céline from customer support has been dismissive and shown no understanding of my situation.
It's incredibly frustrating that a product would break so quickly and that there has been no effort to resolve the issue. I’ve also seen other customers with similar experiences in various forums. This level of poor customer service is unacceptable, and I certainly won't be buying from Zangra again.
I can't recommend Zangra if you're expecting any kind of decent customer service.

I must have spent 15 minutes going from screen to screen filling in fields on their website creating an account etc. before they finally told me that shipping my single £10 plate to Manchester was going to cost around £14.
BOT customer service, high prices
BOT customer service only - named Olga. No phone, no email contact despite pending orders. My specific questions were thrown links to the products I bought which lacked the information. Prices more than double on plumbing, hardware and electrical items also made in Europe. Never again.

Firstly the packaging for the Lamps were unacceptable and 2 of the 4 Lamps came delivered broken. The big box was half empty, giving way too much room for everything to move around and collide with each other. The Shades themselves were packed in thin paper; just 1 layer. I'm really suprised that the other two somehow survived.
Secondly: like it would be normal (and probably it is some Insurance scheme) they said sure we send you replacements as the fault lies by the deliverer (not true!). the problem: The replacement arrives at the Billing address in Germany and not at the Delivery address in Estonia. After that point no reply from Zangra to any of the emails. Not acceptable!!
Third: The quality of the shades is so bad that even-though all of them were the same 2 of the 4 didn't fit a standard bulb through the opening.
Please buy somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!!
Bad customer care practices
I bought 2 pairs of canvas shoes. The order was accepted however after 3 weeks only one pair arrived with a note saying the other was refunded. The postage for only one pair has made this disproportionately expensive and I would not have placed an order for only one pair. Not happy with them and the only email is a no-reply address. I will not use them again
Try to avoid
Very poor communication. Looks like a BA but turns out more like Ryanair. Message saying order cancelled 2 days after the order was confirmed, reason was that they cannot ship the item to the UK as it is too large. There is not an email address or phone number to contact Zangra. Only their online messaging ‘system’. This is the latest in a series of attempts to purchase items from them, will try hard to find alternatives next time.

Extremely disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. I purchased for more than 800$ products my order got delivered more than a month later. One knob was missing 2 screws (customized to the knob) and one porcelaine cover. Honestly the items can fit into a letter envelop and at most should cost about 5$.
They refused to replace them saying they are not responsible for damaged items because when they shipped they were in good conditions. Are we serious here!!!!

They send me the wrong article and never answered to my question on how to proceed to exchange this product to the one I have ordered... And no phone number that you can use....
Terrible customer service
We have order few of their porcelain lamps and have inspected them when they arrived, but didn't realise that one tiny bit inside was missing. So our electrician found that out during installation, and the same day we sent complaint followed by pictures using their contact form(on their website, there is no telephone number!) and a day after we got very short and rude reply saying that they are getting complains only 3 days after purchase, which have passed of course.
I have never came across this kind of customer service ever! Should avoid them at all costs!
