Doggy as hell

Okay, I’ve placed an order through their website on the 20th June, their website mentions that usually they will dispatch the orders in 1-2 business days. Today is 28th and they still didn’t give them to shipping yet.
Tried to speak with a customer service and they said somethings wrong about our website and order usually takes 7 business days to send them so i have to wait.
I asked refund and they said they COULD give me a store credit. The thing is that I asked refund so i could shop from a different company because i don’t want to do business with them due to their unprofessional service but they’re gonna give me a credit to spend on their business which is really dumb solution for customers. The way they approach the problems and the level if their understanding of the situation is really low, I believe they’re really unprofessional and doggy company. Don’t spend your money here.

Update: They finally gave my order to shipping on 6th July (I suppose definition of 7 business days is different at their warehouse)

No notification when order is "out of stock"

Ive used this company on and off for years. They used to be great, but now each time I order something the wait for your actual product gets longer and longer. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago that has been stuck in "processing" and when reaching out to customer service they informed me my entire order is being held up due to 2 of the items being currently out of stock and that I can either choose something different, or wait, and this is definitely not the first time this has happened. Would be nice to get a notification when you're waiting so long for a purchase.

This used to be a good company

This used to be a good company. I subscribed years ago and had no problems whatsoever. I decided to give them another try and I was wrong to make that decision. Ordered one 3 bottle box a week ago and it stills says "getting ready to ship your box".

Pretty much done.

I'm pretty much done at this point. Box dates have been inconsistent with some coming on the 11th, some shipping on the 11th, some shipping on the 7th, some arriving on the 14th, there's no consistency anymore. The only thing that is consistent... is the flavors... always the same flavors... always... no variety, no new flavors to try, and the flavors have gotten progressively more muted and dull as time goes on. They only ship out flavors by Vapor Craft, even if it says a different brand, there's tiny print that says "Manufactured by Vapor Craft" so it seems like you're getting variety but it's all the same company over and over again with the same dull flavors over and over again. I've skipped this month and will be buying my juice retail to see how that goes for me, but I can't keep relying on a shady company that constantly messes up and never updates you on anything. I'm done. You didn't fix it Zamplebox, so this is probably goodbye.

Zamplebox has so many yummy flavors. And some that may surprise you. They have proven to be consistent in delivering their boxes as well. Thank you for a wonderful vaping experience.

It’s been months and still haven’t…

It’s been months and still haven’t received my order and customer support has been “busy” for almost a year now lol , then I just order from a other site and find out your related ! Guess I’m beat again thanks guys !

Ok so I was really nervous after…

Ok so I was really nervous after reading the reviews but typical me I didn’t bother reading them until after I already purchased. (I know I need to work on that habit!) anywho I ordered the 12 pack of 30ml subscription box entered my likes and dislikes (you can enter a lot more likes compared to the 10 allotted dislike spot options ). I messaged them and got ahold of someone named Angie , I was nervous about the reviews I read and also because I have a severe allergy to coconut I wanted to make sure I would not receive anything containing that if possible. She answered within 30 seconds on the chat box and was so helpful and kind, she sent me the entire list of what was sent in my box and the shipping information. I received my box in about 8 days which is phenomenal especially for vape products being shipped to Alaska ! I didn’t get one repeat flavor and all the flavors I got that I have tried I absolutely love, I am pretty picky about my juice but they really used my like and dislike options to create my box. I made sure to be really specific about what I really would not like on the list and I’m pleasantly surprised they followed it so well. Especially with all the nightmares reviews I was expecting the worst. I understand that they were going thru management and ownership changes and especially with the pandemic every business suffered. I am glad I didn’t read the reviews until after or I would have never gave them a chance.

Great back in the day...horrible now!

Been with them for years & it was always a good service, but problems began this past fall. Packaging was horrible, now u get your bottles thrown in a box with green shavings. No flavor menu in your box, u have to go to the website & search every bottle to see what the flavors are. No way to update your monthly flavor review, which is suppose to help in curating your next monthly box. Orders are left on the website saying they are still being processed even though I ordered, paid and received them months ago. In January I was double-charged for 2 boxes when I only wanted 1. It takes at least a week to ship your box when before it took 1-2 days. You get the same tired old juice month after month, I never see any new juice anymore. I asked to skip an extra month since I was charged for 2 boxes & had plenty of juice left over & I was told I wasn't allowed to since I already skipped a month. I told them I wanted to cancel my order & was also told that they couldn't do that either since my box was being processed, even though the box hadn't shipped yet. I'm done with this lame company! They won't be around much longer!

This used to be a good company

This used to be a good company. Now I am not getting my preferences. I get the same flavors month after month. I even get duplicates in the same box. Last month, I received my shipment in multiple tiny boxes. I spoke to customer service via chat and was told to select my own flavors. Well, what is the point in entering your preferred flavors in your account if you have to go back and do it monthly. I finally cancelled because of bottles exploding and the same flavors time and time again. I feel like they are just cleaning out their inventory at this point. Service has had a huge decline since the CA tax went up. Sad.

It's a fraud!!

It's a fraud!!! I ordered 3 bottles from 120ml each one and arrive only 30 ml bottles.. i paid for 480ml and i had only 90ml. No response from the customer, no way to contact him, stay away from this site!!
