AVOID AVOID AVOID! This company is a scam. I bought an expensive pair of shoes only to receive cheap pillowcases. I reported the error immediately and returned and they refusing to refund. Do not trust. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have reported this to my bank and opened a case

Ordered on Sunday evening and product arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. Fast efficient delivery and excellent product at fantastic price. Would definitely recommend.

Brought 2 items about a month ago, some trainers and a pair of jeans. The trainers were delivered but the jeans were not, was told these were delivered together but only trainers were in the delivery, they said no refund for the £80 jeans as there system showed they were packed and sent, disgraceful company, will not use again and do not recommend!

Have just been refused a refund and accused of sending an empty trainer box back. Has anyone else experienced this scam?

Lost parcel twice and ridiculous procedure for giving me my money back.

Ordered a mammut jacket and it arrived in good time, but then returned the item as size didnt fit and they still havnt refunded me for the item. I got an email saying my item is not eligable for a refund. I disputed this and have had no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Was initially apprehensive about ordering from here due the number of poor reviews. However, the price of item was most reasonable from here, so gave it a shot and I'm pleased to say, it went well. The only thing i would say is, I think the item should have come inside its branded box, but it came without any box - it did still have the label on though and was in perfect condition, so I was fine with that.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Spezials that were out of stock everywhere but Zalando managed to get a limited amount of stock in. I placed my order, it was dispatched the next day and delivered the following day. All on free standard delivery. I cannot complain at all because the service was quicker than other websites and I received exactly what I ordered. I think the reviews all depend on your area and the courier you get. I'd confidently order again!

Ordered two pairs of trainers at the same time only one pair shown up but was to small so I sent them back. A week had passed by with no show of the second pair of trainers so I emailed them asking for a update they told me to wait until a certain date due to delivery issues and to email them after that date if no show, which I did do but the shoes still didn’t turn up so I emailed them then they wanted me to wait another 2 days so I then done that but yet no trainers was delivered I then emailed again but they stopped responding to every email I sent I had to open up a claim with PayPal to get my £80 back. I would avoid this site very poor customer service won’t ever be ordering again.

No complaints from me. Ordered an Adidas sweater that was much cheaper than any other website. Fast dispatch and received exactly what I ordered and I would definitely use them again.

If I could give zero I would. Item was not sent. At this point I believe this is actually a scam company and I won't recieve anything. Look at the other reviews

I returned my order as the item was incorrect. I contacted Zalando live chat about this as I was very upset and was told to return it. Once I returned it, my return was rejected. I was once again sent back the wrong item and now I am being refused of a refund! I can't believe how unbelievably unfair this all is. I have been fighting this for 3 months now and will not give up even if it means I have to file a lawsuit against Zalando. My money has been stolen and I have been treated disgustingly as a customer.

Not to mention that every time I reach out to customer service, they are extremely rude and leave the chat! This is disgraceful and Zalando must be shut down. Please avoid purchasing from here.

Absolute trash ! First they messed up delivery of a Christmas present for my daughter and now not only dispatched a week after order was placed , two days later the status says "returning to sender". Disgusting, incompetent and untrustworthy. Don't bother ordering from these scammers.

I was a bit paranoid about using Zalando based on the poor reviews, but they were the cheapest place I could find a particular pair of Converse I wanted! Honestly, I had no issues: the item was about £10 cheaper than elsewhere, shipping was free, and it was dispatched on Monday with EVRI and arrived the next day. My only qualm is that I placed the order on the Friday, so it took a few days to actually leave...AND the item went down by about £15 more the next day! Typical, haha! I guess that's how it goes sometimes. It's annoying that you can't cancel an order once it's entered the "shipping process", even though it won't actually leave for a few days. Still, based on this, I wouldn't have any issues using Zalando again.

Purchased a pair of converse boots, they came with a faulty zip so cannot be worn. Filled in the form and recieved a partial refund of £11.

As the boots cannot be worn this is unacceptable. There is no way to contact them and their chat bot is useless.

I wanted to post as I saw so many negative reviews after placing an order and it worried me but I had zero issues. Order arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Really pleased with my purchase!

Was really worried about ordering when I saw all the negative reviews however it was the only seller I could find with the bag my daughter wanted in stock, thankfully my experience was really positive and the bag arrived on time and well packaged. Would certainty consider ordering again from them in the future.

Ordered on the Sunday, delivered by Tuesday with EVRI. No issues at all, and very good prices for designer menswear.

A lot of negative comments so maybe I got lucky but I’d use them again for sure in future.

If you ask AI chat services about this company they are 100% legit and one of the biggest if not the biggest E-commerce company in Europe, they send that many items I suppose sometimes things go wrong with deliveries. Not many people leave good reviews they will only look a review when things go wrong (which I understand) but leaving mine as it’s important to also big a company up when things go right to 👌🏻

Ordered 8 items totalling £450, received just one item. Zalando tell me that the full order was shipped and will not refund me and close live chats and end phone calls. I have photo evidence of the package delivered and the weight on the label is 4.445kg but package only weighs 800g. The size of the package is impossible to fit 8 items of clothing in. Had to open a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. Awful company.
