Top Notch Service
I have to say, I have been blown away by the service offered by Z1. Our previous supplier's services had slipped a little when they made contact so I took the plunge of changing over. This was handled swiftly, professionally and with no break or delay in our phone/broadband services. Their installation manager Mitch Anderson was on the ball, very helpful and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to my clients and contacts.

Our new system was installed this week. Nothing has been too much trouble from our first encounter with Steven the sales manager to Mitch who came and installed the system. We had one or two teething problems on the first day but everything was sorted remotely very quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend

A Pleasure to Deal With
We've recently moved Nautic Engineering Ltd over to Z1 and they have been a pleasure to deal with.
Andy and Mitch installed everything without causing any disruption to our running of the business.
We had the usual teething problems but everything was resolved quickly by Luke and the support team.

Brilliant service from the start. We had a few problems mainly with BT but the team were on it straight away

Painless swap from BT Cloud
Thanks to Mitch the engineer and the rest of the team at Z1 for a painless swap from our existing cloud system. Even with a small hiccup during set up caused by the firewall on our company server system, both the issue and full install was handled professionally and competently. Full marks!
