These guys are so refreshing, you deal with the corporate giant that is BT and don’t think there is a viable alternative…well there is z1.
They know their stuff, they go the extra mile and can’t help enough and wow are they efficient and all at a competitive price.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, I’m quick enough to complain, but I like to think as quick to congratulate and we want to move all our requirements to them asap.

A very friendly and polite company to deal with. I chose Z1 as they didn't just provide a quote and leave it there, they came to site on two separate occasions to check every detail - nothing was too much trouble. Richard was great to deal with from the start and Mitch, who installed the system was first class. Everything went very smoothly. They are an efficient and professional company.

Professional and friendly from start to finish! Mitch did a fabulous job of installing and upgrading all of the equipment. When our contract was up for renewal it was a no brainer that we would be staying with Z1 thanks to their wonderful service.

Z1 have been our phone suppliers since 2010, we've had several systems from them over that period and each time the upgrade has been seamless. Mitch and Andy came to our offices on July 8th as planned to install our latest cloud based system, we had a couple of issues initially but within a couple of days Mitch came back with some alternative pieces of kit which solved our problems. Richard then came across on Friday 12th to do the training and was at pains to stress that whatever we needed our system to do, Z1 would be there to assist. Another little win is that the new system should save us a few hundred pounds each year which is great!

I was in a contract with BT and it was the worst mistake I ever made. Richard called into my offices and we signed up with them.

I can't praise them enough for all the help they gave in setting up our new telephone system and they have saved me a lot of money. My special thanks to Richard Fella.....thank you so much

Through cold calling, mis-guided advice and sold more of a system that our small business requires and tied into a seven year contract.
Now having to turn to Ofcom for advice as z1 offered no solution to move forward except buy our way out of 7 year contract.
4 months in before i feel the need to write a review because customer services have turned there back on us.

I couldn't be happier with Z1. We have been with them for a while and have just moved premises. The move was made a lot less stressful but Z1.

We had not a single minute of downtime. As a busy company, this is invaluable. Mitch was exceptional as always.

To all future clients, our needs were complex, we have invited three different companies in previously when you sat down and went through their proposals, we weren't satisfied they had solved our telephone needs out. Along came Z!, first Bill then problem solver Mitch.
Done..............We are over the moon with our new system, meets all we require and it has halved our bills in the process. 10 out of 10, do not go anywhere else but Z1 Telecom

Mitch did a brilliant job. He promised there would be no complications, I was doubtful as our previous change 4 years ago had taken 4 months to get sorted, but by the end of the day all was up and running and no problems.
We are still getting use to our new system but so far all is very good.

Good Company to deal with, installation was seamless and service was first class.

Mitch has made the switchover to Z1 totally seamless. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has adapted the system to suit everything we have asked for. As a new customer to Z1, the installation process has been a great insight to how professional and uncomplicated it needs to be.

We have been with Z1 Telecom a number of years now and I have found them to be fantastic from day 1 with first class support. They even helped us sort out setting up from home throughout Covid. Since then they have guided us through 2 more shop openings and are on hand straightaway with and issues or assistance. Mitch and Andy are brilliant installers and talk through everything in simple terms for us not so techy lot. Dan always calls me back in a timely manner. Cannot fault them, the service is first class.

A fantastic service from engineers Mitch and Andy! They were very friendly and professional. They quickly installed our system without any disruption and stayed a while after to make sure everything ran smoothly whilst we got used to it and made sure we were happy with it. Excellent customer service- the change over had no disruption to our working office at all. Mitch was very knowledgable and took the time to share valuable product information that will certainly help us as a business. 5 stars from us!

Mitch & Andy arrived on time as per our appointment and carried out a very smooth installation of our new equipment (lots less cables needed) and removed the old equipment from our previous provider for their collection.
Very professional installation showing us how the system worked and answering our many questions. Mitch ordered a headset for me as well. Which he then installed for me a couple of days later, making sure we were happy with everything.

Today we had a new phone system fitted which went very smoothly, both the guys worked professionally and was very friendly
As the work progressed they talked me through everything I needed to know and was very helpful

Mitch arrived with a very professional and friendly manner, he explained what he was going to do and if any adjustments needed to be made, working around us without getting in the way.
He checked prior to arriving if we had any existing caller id user numbers we'd like to use.
When we had a couple of queries that needed resolving he was quick to return and solved them in a matter of minutes.
Would definitely recommend Mitch and the team.

Our Technician Mitch explained his intentions clearly and then began the set-up process with minimal disruption and was respectful in our work place. He was friendly and well mannered while still been professional.
Once set up, we were given options to customise our requirements. After a quick tutorial, Mitch ensured we were happy and comfortable with the new package before leaving.
We contacted Z1 for some additional support later in the week and Mitch gave us tech support over then phone.
While the system is new to us, I would be happy to recommend based on our experience.
