YYHome is an awful store. Ordered an item with promised 3-5 day delivery, but it arrived after three weeks. The packaging was damaged, and the product had scratches and defects, like it was used. The website listed one price, but hidden fees popped up at checkout. Customer support is a nightmare—rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Returns are nearly impossible; they drag out the process and demand excessive paperwork. The product quality is poor and doesn’t match the description. Avoid YYHome at all costs—complete disappointment!

he modular sofa unit is very comfortable for oufamily. The storage is a great feature and the liftarms seem to be of high quality. lt's easy to cleanand keep fur free for the extended critter familyThrow the back pillows off and there's plenty ofroom to sleep, as well. l like that we can add on tothis unit in the future if we desire.
It was also extremely easy to assemble. Thescrewdriver was included and much better qualitythan most manufacturers normally include forassembly. Shipping was very fast but came over 3days via FedEx. That's a lot of heavy boxes for asmall delivery van and lone driver. i'll need toremember my driver at Christmas. The furniturecompany also made a courtesy call to make sureeverything came as promised, earning a fewbrownie points.
