Would send MISSING parts

Sealed box kids balance bike received with no rear axle - they wouldn't send a replacement without a receipt - It was missing the part when it left their factory, they should just send the part! Don't buy this brand if you are ever likely to need parts - they don't care.

Bought a scooter in my country Romania

Bought a scooter in my country Romania. After a few days a part fell of the scooter. I got in contact with their supplier and they said i can't be helped by them. Contacted their customer support and they asked me where i am from(though i would of been fine with paying for shipping and part) then proceeded to ghost me. Hate it when a company doesn't stand by the products they sell. Wanted to buy a pair of rollerblades as well but i will get from another company for sure.
