Really bad all-round.
Really bad service, mochis arrived frozen not fresh and the taste and texture was pretty bad.
The minimum order was super high so I was left with a lot of expensive and really rubbish mochi that I ended up binning. Honestly disappointing considering the price.

Brilliant unique flavours & good…
Brilliant unique flavours & good customer service, with queries answered promptly. Product arrives in a cool box as you are told. Mochi flavours are amazing & unique. Not overly sweet. And the filling never leaks out of the Mochi casing, upon defrosting or arrival, unlike other ice creams on the market. It becomes mousse like. Highly recommend for a treat or as a gift.
