Ordered a Curious Interactive Bear Plush Toy Cute Electric Music Bear October 22, 2021 from a Facebook ad. Got notice that "We are processing your order. Your order will ship between Nov 5 and Nov 22". Haven't heard anything else since then. I Cancelled the order through support and got this response: "Unfortunately, we’ve already begun processing your order, so it cannot be cancelled at this time."
It looks like I've been had by an online scam.

I couldn’t give anything less than a 1…
I couldn’t give anything less than a 1 star. Very very disappointed. Spent 53.00 for an interactive bear and received a 7 inch stuffed bear that isn’t worth more than 10. And that being generous. Contacted the company after I received the item and was told my item hadn’t shipped yet. So like a dummy I waited. Finally received confirmation that is the only bear I am getting and they cannot do anything else about it. So so disappointed. We do not recommend and will never order from them again.
