Cheap products. Item came damaged and refused to refund. They said the sales team checked the item before giving me but they had no proof. They lied that I came in the store to return when I did not. They know they are cheap that's why they wont even refund. The brand is not luxury, only luxury by name. What brand reduces the price of a bag after a year? I'm sorry but prices should be going up, just shows they're desperate for customers because they know they're doing crap and that's why they don't refund even after I return the item

I was looking to buy a good volume mascara. The price didn't matter this time. After a long consideration I bought it at John Lewisham shop on Oxford street, London. I never saw any worse quality than the one I bought. I assume that it was so old that it wasn't possible to use it after two week as the mascara just dried up. Absolutely disappointed.

Had a great experience at the Wynn Las Vegas store and then later at South Coast Plaza. They helped me return an item and buy and new Cassandre bag that was out of stock. It was ordered from Europe and shipped in a matter of days and made ready for pickup. Excellent service throughout the experience!

I purchased 2x bags from YSL. Paid a lot of money. One of the bags arrived damaged, with a scratch on the back. How did the item pass the quality check? Used the online chat and they said that I could order another but would have to pay for it again or travel to a London store to exchange. Why should I have to pay for YSL’s mistake? Even new look would send me a replacement for the next day. But YSL cannot even promise the item for 3 days time when I am due to travel abroad to gift the bag as a wedding present. Called customer service who promised me a manager call back and nobody has called. Disgusting service, expensive products but worse service I have ever had. Better off shopping in primark

I was so frustrated when l wanted to return some sandals l bought because they were too small.
Firstly l went to their website for returns l attempted several times clicking on the product to return was not working.
I decided to return in store bond street since l was in town but they couldn't find my purchase on their smartphones ended up screenshot the receipt and send via email.
I surely didn't expect such service from such a prestige brand.
All the other brands have very clear precise returns for customers

Having purchased YSL Cinéma EDP
Having purchased YSL Cinéma EDP, of which I have purchased since 2004, it is extremely sad that it no longer has the same potencies.
I did reach out to YSL customer service for advice, but unfortunately they could not offer any.
They have stated that the perfume has not undergone any changes, except for the packaging, however it could have been a faulty batch.
I was asked to provide photos and proof of purchase and to provide the engraved serial number on the glass bottle, I provided all as required and explained that the bottle did not have an engraved serial number just a sticker.
I was informed that this may be due to the change in packaging but they could not clarify this, only that the store that sold the perfume was one of their trusted suppliers Superdrug. They also could not answer or explain why it no longer lasts and has no smell after 10 minutes.
Extremely disappointing
I will return the perfume, but I am now sceptical if I should purchase another.

I could really use some advice. I recently bought a YSL bag—the LE 5 A 7 BEA in Grained Leather—but it turned out to be bigger than I expected. I tried it on at home and realized it doesn't suit my body size. Naturally, I wanted to exchange it for something smaller.
Here's where it gets frustrating: even though it was within 14 days of purchase, YSL wouldn't take it back. I've reached out to their customer service a few times, but the response has been less than helpful. Now, I'm stuck with a bag I've never used and don't really like because of the size.
Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Any advice on what I could do next would be greatly appreciated!

How can YSL use a model who is obviously anorexic? Cannot even tell if that model is male or female. How ugly and what a terrible message for the youth of today! Yes, I know its a high fashion brand and mostly bought for trends, etc. However, the audacity they have to sell SUCH LOW QUALITY products for SUCH A HIGH PRICE never fails to surprise me.
I bought leather heels this time for about 1.5k EUR. Damage on the shoes was visible AFTER ONE TIME wearing them INDOORS. I am speechless. My Zara heels for 30 EUR have been serving me better..
And the worst part is their customer support. Non existent. Nobody cares. Took me 2 weeks to even get a reply and of course they refused to do anything about it and blamed it on me.
I am speechless because I always assume high fashion brands would care a little bit more about their customers.
Needless to say I am never shopping with YSL again. And I don't advise you - there are so many better quality products available for this kind of price.

Bought a bag in December 8 it was meant to arrive for Christmas, before 24, of course it didn’t arrived on time and Saint Laurent never emailed me or call me to inform me the bag was moved to “pre ordering” after I bought it.. it I didn’t pre order it I bought it while it was in stock but apparently they received many orders and mine was unluckily moved to pre order.. which it’s “ok” I guess but they SHOULD at least let their customers know this since it was a huge delay in the delivery.
Anyway they charge me for this bag when I bought it the 8 of December and then again when they shipped it the 10 of January.
I called them to let them know if this double charge because they would never reply the emails I sent, when I could finally reach to them they told me it was impossible that I was charged twice must be a pre charge and should disappear in 2 or 3 days, yet I could see the money deducted from my bank account?
I called to my bank to confirm if it was an authorization only or a charge and they confirmed that I was charged for 2 different transactions each with a different transaction number and different amount.
I called them again and they said again it was not possible but that I could email them with the transaction numbers so they would check, I did, they never reply the email (as usual) but the money was returned to my account one week after I sent that email.
It was the same amount I was charged the 8 of December (returned nearly a month later).
I wonder what would happened if I didn't check my account and notice they charged me twice and insist in this.
I will never buy from Saint Laurent again, I bought a few bags online before with them and the experience was fine but this last one was more than disappointing and they couldn’t care less. Awful.
