Do not buy from this brand! I’ve been shopping with them for over 10 years and my most recent order had items missing! When queried with customer service it took them nearly 3 weeks to respond (despite multiple follow ups) and they told me that I was mistaken(!!), that all items were shipped, and they couldn’t issue a refund….. I don’t want a refund, I just want the missing items that I paid for! The bad wasn’t open or damaged in transit, and they consider the matter settled because it’s inconceivable that someone could have made a mistake… WORST experience I’ve ever had with a clothing brand - am gutted. All over 2 tshirts… shame on you YOURS. I will be spreading this message as far and wide as I can.

Misleading size guide. What a waste of time!!! Annoying return process, they charge £2 for each parcel even if you could put everything in one parcel! So stupid and unnecessary!!!

The boots I got where not extra wide fitting at all. Fit onto a friend's slim leg. For the price they were im highly disappointed and now have the inconvenience to send them back

I was not happy with my items. I ordered a size 14. But they were more like a 8. I then had to pay $39 to return which is excessive because if I went to the post office myself to return it would not cost this much. Very disappointed.

Very poor quality for the pyjamas. I’ve washed these once on a 30 and already faded so so much. I paid around £35 for these and absolutely disgraced at this poor quality . I’d love to add a photo but there’s no option to do it on here.

Best clothing design here. I really like it 😊. Highly recommend.

This company is a joke! The customer service is ridiculous and im sick of receiving text book responses now. Its so mentally draining trying to deal with customer service and I've started taking screenshot's of proof of any conversation.
I ordered some item Tuesday and paid for next day delivery for an event I have tonight (Friday).
I received an email from delivery company to say that they had my package on Wednesday morning. Since Wednesday afternoon I have religiously tracked my package which is still at the depot. Ive reached out to Yours numerous times now and all they seem to say in response is that they will refund my P&P. Bare in mind that I must allow 3-5 working days for this. The package is clearly lost or damaged and no one is willing to accept liability. I spent over £60 and paid in full. I now have to go out shopping to find something and spend more of my own money whilst Yours sit back and do nothing. I am so angry that requesting a refund I have to wait more working days for a refund and basically leaving me out of pocket for the time being. I have read that others have had this experience. This is not acceptable and Yours should be doing more for valued customers who pay decent money for their items.

I absolutely love shopping at Yours Clothing. The styles are trendy without feeling over-the-top, and everything fits exactly how I hoped it would. The fabrics feel durable and comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. It’s a brand that truly understands plus-size women.

I purchased a dress which, upon wearing it for the first time, transferred black dye onto my skin and other clothing, including a nearly new £40 bra which is now ruined. Upon complaining to Yours, I was offered a refund for the dress only, and refused any compensation for my other clothing damaged by their clearly faulty item. The case was referred to a technical team over two weeks ago and I have not heard back, despite chasing for a response twice. Very poor customer service and communication.

The blazer had a stain on the back and a hole in the pocket. The material was thin and see through. I would expect better quality for the price. Plus they charge me for returning a faulty item !?

Wish i could give 0 stars cause i had to pay a 10 euro fee on a return i made and only received half of what i originally paid back,also i had to pay additional shipping

I ordered a dress.
They cancelled the order without my consent.
Now they want me to pay €15 in administration and shipping fees.
They claim that I cancelled the order myself, which is not true.
They are unable to provide any proof of this.
They simply say that I have to pay.
This is a scam and an easy way for them to make money.

Bought some new outfits late last night dispatched super quick i paid for guaranteed next day and has arrived today and all fits perfectly the quality is amazing too looks exactly like the pictures will always shop here from now on :) thankyou

I purchased items on 7th Jan, did not receive a confirmation email from Yours Clothing, no invoice or documents received with my parcel. Luckily purchased through Klarna. The issue is that I am unable to use the returns portal to arrange for the return as the portal does not recognized the reference number or my email address (I have the reference number via the Klarna transaction). Sending emails to the customer service results only in automated scripted responses. I also cant find a telephone number that works if you are non UK resident. This was my first purchase. I dont think that I will purchase again!
