All been a fine experience so far. Although when I signed up I had just purchased my home, and discovered the boiler was quite overdue a service. It was not clear before I signed up, but they only service boilers between Mar-Sep. So I could not get a service when I signed up (in the Nov/Dec). OK I accept that, but I had asked to be booked for as soon as it was available. This never happened though and I had to chase it up once i'd got through March without any contact. Otherwise I have only had them out to a leak and this was easily organised once I paid the callout charge associated with my subscription.

Excellent service from Your repair , communication in particular has been great . They sent an excellent engineer from Morheat (Croydon) called Daniel to service the boiler. Excellent communication and customer service, booking a boiler service for my elderly father, who has dementia. Great to be able to keep track of his account online and know that everything is working as it should with his rather ancient boiler, which gives extra peace of mind. Would definitely recommend.
