Product failed but the service from Your Gadget did not.
Product didn’t do what it said on the tin. However, the service from Your Gadget will definitely have me returning to purchase more products from them in the future. A lot of companies forget the customer actually cares about and has expectations on what they bought as well as the service they get with their purchase. Your Gadget exceeded those expectations.
