Hi. This is the first time I have ordered from this company, which was the 31st May. Now this company is based in Australia and I still haven't received my order. You would think that orders from within Australia would be faster than overseas which on the average is around 2 weeks. I hope I receive my order. I didn't read the reviews on this company as I thought it should be legit as I've heard their name around. Boy! I wish I had read them first. Silly me

Extremely unprofessional, cancelled my parcel with no refund. Stole my money and denied it, still have received nothing! DO NOT USE THIS CHEMIST

My partner paid express post for our wedding and the item was dispatched 5 days later!!

Terrible service. Avoid

I wish I could give zero stars. No way to contact this company as they ignore live chat messages and emails. No telephone no provided and my order was not shipped next day, which is what I paid for. This is probably a scam company with zero intention to send goods. I contacted Paypal too for a refund

I decided to try them as their prices weren't bad. But being chemist items you want them fairly quickly. It certainly wasn't worth the few dollar savings. My order wasn't shipped for a week and I had to chase them up twice about why it hadn't been sent. The responded eventually apologising and said it would be sent express but it's been another 3days and the tracking shows it hasn't moved. Definitely stick to chemist Warehouse that shipped in less than 12hrs of ordering!

I asked the company to send my item to be left without requiring a signature. They ignored my written request! I won't deal with them again.

At first I thought they weren't an authentic website because I didn't feel confident because of some of the reviews, but I have indeed received my order and had positive response from the seller and quality products.
So I can recommend to others who aren't sure this chemist is legitimate.

Poor service. No response for a week. No invoice, no order confirmation, nothing. Claimed they couldn't send me an invoice or tracking details because I hadn't provided an email address in my order, however you can't even make an order without entering an email! Still didn't send paperwork even after providing an email address. Terrible, terrible customer service. Slow turn around. Would not recommend at all!

No contact details. I submitted a follow up because my delivery was not sent out. After a week I get a notification that it just got sent out but I’m still waiting for a response

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this chemist. Lovely and clean; wide aisles great for walker-users; friendly, helpful staff and the Pharmacist I've always seen (Michael) is full of knowledge, advice and good ideas. Their prices are so good that I've queried the price of the last 2 scripts - cheaper than other bigger stores. Parking at the door and close to home.

Disgusting service . Fragrance arrived stale smelling and old ! Would not allow return . Do not buy from this retailer..ever !!!

Very recently I purchased a $200 bottle of perfume through Afterpay as a gift for a friend only to realize a few minutes later when the order confirmation email came through that I had chosen the wrong one. I messaged The Discount Chemist via their site explaining what had happened & in less than 30 mins they replied that they were happy to cancel the order & all I needed to do was supply the order number, which I did. Another email came through a few moments later confirming that it would be canceled & the next day Afterpay sent an email confirming that the order had indeed, been canceled. The Discount Chemist made what could have been a stressful issue so easy to resolve. If this is an example of their customer service I would highly recommend them.

They offer free postage on purchase over $150 then send your package in the slowest possible way, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for an item that was meant to be a birthday present, at the time of purchase I brought another item from another online chemist and had that item in my hands in 3 days! Do t bother with this company there is plenty of options out there!

I started buying prescription meds for my cats from this online pharmacy because, at the time, due to covid, there was a shortage of the particular meds I needed & they were the only ones I could find that had a regular & reliable supply. Every. Single. Time that I have purchased from them since, there has been drama. From taking anywhere from six to eight weeks from the time I ordered & paid for my meds, to when I received them, to being unable to contact them on their 1300 number, to them not replying to messages left, be it text or voice mail, to sending the repeats back, even though they were asked to keep them on file, every time there is some drama. I've had enough. If I could leave a no star review, I would.

I purchased some perfume through this website via kogan, as soon as I made the purchase I contacted the chemist via kogan contact form, to ask to send this authority to leave parcel like I do with all my online purchases, it took them 3 days to reply and when they did reply they told me my parcel had already been shipped, not impressed and if my parcel is not left by Australia post on delivery I will not purchase from your discount chemist again
