We had a brilliant experience with Your Conveyancer recommended via our mortgage broker L&C. They made the process of our remortgage really easy and straight forward from the beginning, the portal was easy to use and Sarah Robertson in particular was excellent throughout.

We have just completed on our first property purchase and went with YourConveyancer after being referred by our mortgage broker L&C. The chain was quite long and growing to start with so I was anxious about the progress of the purchase but Alan kept me informed regularly about progress and responded to my emails promptly within a few hours if not minutes! I've heard horror stories but I don't think I could have had an easier experience with the conveyancing progress despite the long timeline ( which was out of our solicitors hands). In the end our chain was 5+ houses so not easy. Highly recommended 10/10.

Found Bethany Brocks tone in emails to be very rude and unprofessional. Don’t hold up to what they state they will do but tag on extra changes with little to no work or explainations to these charges.

Our case manager was Nicola Sands and she made the process easy for us, despite us having to get the mortgage re-offered a couple of times. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. I found the website fairly quick and easy to use to be able to keep up to date on whereabouts in the process we were.

We have used Your Conveyancer on several occasions and found the service to be first class. The client portal provides up to the minute information and milestones during the mortgage or remortgage application process and clearly shows any outstanding provider and client responsibilities.
My most recent transaction was the discharge of a standard security on completion of a mortgage repayment. Karen Murdoch completed the process in the space of one week and we are now in receipt of the digital copy of the title deeds.
