NOT impressed, not kept informed!

Having viewed and applied for a place recently, I thought I'd check to see if it had been taken.
Sadly, it now shows 'Let Agreed' next to the details, so one of the other prospective tenants must have been successful, not me.
What gets my back up is that the lettings person who showed me round etc., hadn't the politeness to let me know that I failed to get the place. I now know that he's 'out of the office', a.k.a. on holiday until next week, but it would have been nice for someone else in the same office, to inform me that the property had been taken.
Manners don't cost much.

NOT impressed with Your Move!
I have asked 3 different branches to have me details removed from their systems, Burton staff were polite enough to reply and said my details had been archived.
I WON'T deal with the branch at Kirkby-in-Ashfield again!

Exceptional levels of support.

Although my wife and myself were not direct clients of Your Move (Sheerness branch) Avril and Fiona went out of there way to support us through a very long and difficult house purchase. If not for them we feel that we would have just given up and would have pulled out of the purchase. We cannot praise them highly enough.

Your Move Darlington

Your Move, Darlington (Lettings)
The process of moving in was mostly okay, apart from being given the wrong information about the electric. Then when I was sent a picture of the metre, it was my neighbours, so I paid about £40 of his electric before realising it was the wrong metre I was putting money on due to my electric cutting out. I never got that money back.

The main issue however has been the end of lease process. I ended my lease early but had paid the full final months' rent up to 12th June. A new tenant moved in on 26th May and I was told I'd get that 2 weeks rent back. Poor communication, lack of explanation and me constantly chasing, and I still haven't had it paid back, as of 10th July. The landlord has had 2 people's money and I think that is so wrong. Feeling very fed up and stressed due to not knowing when it will be paid.

Outstanding

Outstanding. We are a business and we have just purchased two houses in Darlington, Allyson Falaise and team at Your Move Darlington worked with us very step of the way and we found them to be highly competent, always happy and keen to help and support, regular communication where needed and tremendous market knowledge for their area, we would recommend them to anyone buying or selling homes.

Employees go extra mile

I have found all the staff that I have dealt with very efficient and helpful. As I am not very efficient at technology the staff have assisted me in processing the necessary paperwork for the sale of my property. I have received up to date information on the status of the sale regularly and any enquiries are dealt with promptly.

Beautiful Bungalow

We recently purchased a bungalow which was advertised at Your Move in Wigton. We can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they were very friendly, helpful and professional, Jess who dealt with our purchase went above and beyond, answering every question she really knew her job, nothing was too much bother for her, she made the whole purchase very easy and stress free, she was an absolute diamond. Your Move - Whitton Office

After a bad experience with an agent who promised much but delivered little, I switched to Your Move, Whitton office. Branch manager, Alan Woods, was highly professional and gave honest and realistic advice re marketing of the property in a very challenging market. He, Kasia and Anish worked really hard contacting potential buyers. Their efforts secured multiple viewings resulting in six competing offers, which went to sealed bids. Following acceptance of an offer, Alan and Kasia kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. The sale was completed in just under 2 months, which was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Alan and the team at Your Move Whitton branch.
