Total scam! People read reviews before you order,I never did and now I'm sorry.
They actually took my money. I ordered a kitchen storage unit in July, I paid odd $32.00 for it. I started querying where it's at about September. They claim they sent it to me.
I never received my order ! Who does this? Take customers hard earned money and keep it.
We have been emailing for about a month, getting nowhere! They pretend they dont understand.
Their customer service is zero !!!! And their pretend " refund and return" does not exist!
THEY WILL NOT RETURN 1 PENNY,  even if it's not theirs. I am livid.
Do not purchase from them !

I ordered this 5 tier shelving unit and 3 months later have still not received it. So if this is suppose to be an honest company, where is the product I ordered? SCAM , SCAM, SCAM ALL THE WAY.

This is a scam site. My order never arrived. When queried they sent a tracking number that showed the item as undelivered and returned to sender in China. The address was not mine. More fool me.

I was scammed too…shame on me for not reading the reviews. But, I did check address and I swore it was CA address.

Don't do it. Purchased a kitchen rack and never received it. They kept saying it was delivered. Then after I threatened to get PayPal involved, they told me to go to the post off to check to see if it was there. Going through PayPal now to get a refund. Wish I would have read these reviews earlier.
Update 9/13/21 received full refund from PayPal. Send them pics of what u ordered & what u received. Send a pic of the bag it came in. It has the weight on it. Mine said 18kg (6 oz). The ordered rack is way more that 6 oz. I even sent them screenshots of other reviews for the same item. Best of luck on getting a refund.

I placed an order with this company for a metal 5-tier shelf unit. A month later, I received what appeared to be two plastic shelves I have no idea how to make useful. I have an entire chain of e-mail communications with this company, and have decided (almost 2 months after ordering) that this company scammed me. DO NOT trust this company.

I ordered 3-5 Tier Metal plant Shelf Standing Organizer Storage Rack for Kitchen, paid US$29.98 and received a tiny plastic shelf worth $1. I complaint and replied to offer US$5. I refused. Complaint to Paypal where I paid. Youchics replied offering US$15 Refund. I declined.
REAL SCAMMER. Should be reported to consumer protection so they would not scam another person

Ordered shelving unit through Facebook paid good money. Received 3 inch plastic broken shelf in letter envelope. Now offering me $5 refund. DONT DEAL with them. Not honest

This is definetly a scam. i ordered 2 items 50.00 and received a .99 junky item. This site needs 2 b stopped 4 sure. i will definely stay with amazon....

IT'S A SCAM.
FALSE ADVERTISING & FRAUD.
You spend 30$ on an item and they send you a 2$ trinket, that is not even close to the item you ordered. 'Customer Service' has a Gmail account, and only replies; "we're so sorry, what can we do?" When you respond, they simply reply again, and again; "we're so sorry, what can we do?". I have 11 of these replies already! They have zero intention of helping or refunding you, or even to send the correct item, only for you to eventually give up trying.
YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING YOU SPENT, AND GET NOTHING FOR IT.
