The weights I ordered (dumbell set and storage tree) are great quality. Delivery was scheduled with the courier, and delivered exactly. Due to one issue I did need to contact their customer service, I was worried when the phone number just told me to email them, but once I did they responded within 30 minutes, were keen to assist, and sent replacement parts first class where possible, arriving the next day, which is impressive with the royal mail these days, and the rest arrived via did within a week. No hassle, no stress, just great honest customer service. Will be using them again.

Would recommend to all that want home and professional gym equipment.

Quick delivery and very well packaged. I ordered a York B540 weights bench with a separate lats tower. The bench is really versatile as you can do all the exercises you need to do to build muscle and keep fit. An excellent service 👍

I ordered two dumbbell bars and 70kg of weights from York Fitness. When they arrived, I had some problems with the bars; they cut into my skin and I couldn't grip them properly.

Admittedly, I wasn't very hopeful. I expected the company to refuse to grant me a refund, and I was ready to get into an argument with them.

However, what followed was some very quick, clear and highly professional customer service.

To my delight, they agreed to give me a refund, and even offered to arrange free DHL collection for me once I had packaged up the items.

Although, I then changed my mind about the refund, because I was happy with the weights - it was just the dumbbell bars that I was having a problem with. So I asked them whether they'd be able to send me some different dumbbell bars instead (one's with the black rubber grip).

Amazingly, they agreed. They've just told me that they have now sent me a 15kg dumbbell set (including the new dumbbell bars) and some weight-training gloves free-of-charge!

Absolutely blown away by this kind gesture, and I am extremely grateful.

Terrible customer service. Only part of the order arrived. Nobody responds to emails. Waste of time and money. Also uses DHL Ecommerce who seem incapable of delivering things. Wish I could get an answer or get them to ship out a replacement with a courier who will actually deliver.

Wish I could say nothing nice awful company ordered a so called workout bench which is no good because its not adjustable and when you put a bar on it you cannot get under bar and cant lean back without hitting your head plus if you do adjust bench to incline theres a about a 3inch gap which touches your throat so no height adjustment plus the side flys stick out so much you cant bring bar down anyway awful product and a waste of a lot of money and product is built correct and has been checked my friend a PT took one look and said its too low needs to be higher which you cannot do please check before ordering decent benches adjust height

Functionality - very good

No issues whatsoever with any of the features. I use gym equipment at David Lloyd and was worried about the chest press as people said it is too low. York have thought this through and it’s at an acceptable height. Very compact piece of equipment which fits in my son’s gaming/gym room which has a ceiling height of 2m.

Very happy with this piece of equipment. Should’ve bought one years ago!

Hopefully the equipment lasts for years.

The multi gym arrived in a few days the treadmill took a little longer because of the bank holiday. The delivery guys were polite and helpful

I ordered York's adjustable dumbbell set, which arrived beautifully packed, and bang on time. It has the 'old fashioned' spin collar method of holding the weights on. Takes a tiny bit more time, but weights will definitely not drop off onto your foot during use. The weights are cast iron, and will probably last forever - great quality. My previous York purchase - a 2001 Home Gym in the mid 70's - lasted me 50 years, till I got too old and doddery ( I'm 88 in a few days) and now my son is regularly using it. A reasonable level of fitness in life really helps. I've been a musician all my life, and am still playing with a good outfit. my balance has gone, so seated dumbbell exercises will really help maintain quality of life. Exercise helps you do what you want to do for longer. Thankyou York for excellent and thoughtfully designed equipment.

I Was just trying to find a phone number to speak to a person for advice. on a second hand York multigym I have bought. could I find a number, no I was just going around in circles. Frustrating and gave up.

Incredible customer service! The delivery provider managed to break my kettlebell and York fitness answered my email within an hour and arranged for a new kettlebell to be sent. They were also very kind and helpful and even upgraded my kettlebell. Would buy equipment from them every time. Thank you! 💜

The delivery company lost my barbell. I emailed the York customer service team and their response was immediate. They investigated the issue, ordered a replacement which arrived on time and refunded the delivery costs. I’m really pleased with the quality of the item too. Excellent service!

By accident I added an item to my order I did not require. I emailed York Fitness customer service in the evening and by early next morning I received an email response from Matej stating that they had issued me a refund and had changed my order. If only all companies could respond in this prompt and helpful manner ......

When in need of a spare part for my York cross trainer I easily found a replacement on the York Fitness website and the sales team comprehensively answered all my queries. The spare part arrived very quickly and when I had a further query on fitting the item Matej responded very quickly with detailed information.
Wonderful support from the customer services and sales team.

I was alerted by message of when the delivery driver would come.
I received all the items I ordered and it came after a few days which was good.
The driver was pleasant.

Quick delivery cast iron plates are good quality

My package arrived missing the 4 spinlock collars. I emailed customer service in the evening and got a reply at 8am the next day with the replacement sent out immediately (thanks Matej!). Product is great value for money.

The first parcel was lost in transit which was of no fault of York Fitness, when I advised York Fitness they gave me the option for a full refund or replacement, I choose replacement which was received within 3 working days.
Whenever I had any queries they always respond within the same day

It's been 3 weeks and I'm still yet to receive my order. I have been given no reason for the delay. My order was dispatched within a week of ordering and have received terrible communication from customer services. I was told once again that it would arrive today by midday and it's now nearly 4pm and have had no update. I've had enough of waiting around for deliveries that fail to arrive.
