Expensive mattress sagged after 2 years, no warranty, no help from company.

I purchased a mattress from York Beds in November 2020 that cost me over £600. I paid that much because I expected a quality product that would last me 10 years + and I wanted to support a local business. Initially it was a great mattress, but after 2 years the mattress started sagging in the middle. I followed the instructions and turned it over every 6 months, but one side has a huge dip.
I contacted Phil at York beds and there is no warranty on their products, so he refused to do anything for me. This is pretty shocking as the majority of manufacturers have a 10 year warranty on their mattresses. I'm really disappointed that after just over 3 years I'll have to purchase a new mattress.
