Yopa were excellent from the initial valuation through to completion around 12 weeks later. We also used the solicitor they recommended, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

Their online portal made it easy to track progress, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Neil was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything before we decided to sell Mum’s house. He was always easy to contact, although very little assistance was needed thanks to how well everything was managed.

I would highly recommend Yopa. Their service was excellent, and their fees were very competitive compared with other estate agents.

From my very first conversation with Phil Williams through to completion with Divya Featherstone as our Sales Progression Partner, the service was exceptional from start to finish.
Selling my elderly mum's flat while acting on her behalf from the UK, with Mum living in Sydney, was never going to be straightforward. We faced numerous setbacks, including delays, a collapsed sale due to suspected RAAC, and at times a complete breakdown in communication and trust with the conveyancing solicitors. Throughout it all, Phil and especially Divya were outstanding.
Divya went above and beyond in every sense. She was always professional, honest, proactive and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and when the solicitors became difficult to deal with, she stepped in wherever she could, kept me informed, and helped navigate an incredibly stressful situation. I genuinely don't know how I would have got through the process without her support.
As someone who is neurodivergent, clear communication and trust are incredibly important to me. Divya understood this instinctively and always explained everything patiently and clearly, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable.

I recently viewed a property with Yaryna Kubinska, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service she provided. She was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
What really stood out was that she went well beyond what I'd normally expect from an estate agent. After the viewing, she took me around the local area to show me the nearest bus stop, the nearby park, and explained what the neighbourhood had to offer. In all my years of viewing properties, no estate agent has ever taken the time to do that before.
Although I won't be making an offer on this particular property because I wasn't completely convinced by the location, my experience with Yaryna was exceptional. She genuinely cares about helping buyers make the right decision rather than simply trying to make a sale.
It was such a breath of fresh air to meet someone so professional, thoughtful, and dedicated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yaryna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
