Everything was great. I purchased a suit and I had limited time before the event. I contacted customer service and they expedited shipment. The only problem I had was with Klarna. I wanted to pay in installments via Klarma, but sadly they didn't accept any of my credit cards, I have American banks Visa and American Express.

Looks like Yoox is really going down the drain.
After 15 years being a client, I have been really furious with them lately.
My order has been placed 25.03. Never been delivered to the address listed. Instead, with huge delays, they actually delivered it elsewhere, to the pick up point. I wrote them a message that I am not going to be running around looking for my parcel and asked to be reimbursed.
Well, 900 euros and three weeks later, order has not been delivered and I wasn’t reimbursed. Radio silence from their so called customer service.
They are not what they used to be. Stay away.

It is now 15 days with no refund. Customer service is non existent. AVOID

I would give Yoox 0 rating if it were available. I have been a customer for 23 years and have never had such an appalling experience to date. I currently have multiple returns stuck in the UK with UPS due to incorrect information being provided by Yoox to UPS on the returns label, missing package for over 2 months with no refund and no UPS returns label with new orders. The UK customer service number currently has a fault and I have sent multiple emails over the past few weeks with no response.

Officially the worst company ive ever had dealings with.
They get most things wrong, the customer service is atrocious, really hard to communicate with. Take ages to do anything and even when they try help Its a frustratIng experience.
An order went wrong, so they gave me a 20% promo code, i bought an item and it wasnt as advertised so two pointless experiences and deliveries. Then they try keep the promo code away from me even as it was a good will thing and I didnt ask for the wrong item, its so bad.
