This company would not allow a return…

This company would not allow a return on a defective pair of shoes that I ordered. They were rude and unhelpful about it. It clearly says in the contract, that defective products can be returned.I caution others about ordering anything online from them!

Repeated delivery failures and inconsistent customer service

I have now had the same issue with YOOX across two separate accounts, and this experience has confirmed a consistent pattern of poor service when things go wrong.

In this most recent order, the parcel was marked as shipped within the expected timeframe, but delivery updates quickly became inconsistent. UPS claimed the delivery was rescheduled at my request, which was completely untrue. YOOX then stated that delivery had been attempted and I was unavailable, which again was incorrect.

After multiple conflicting messages and no clear resolution, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. PayPal ruled in my favor and issued a full refund, as there was no valid proof of proper delivery.

The parcel was eventually delivered, but not handed to me. It was left unattended outside on the street, on top of the building mailboxes, in a public area facing a school and play area. This is not a secure delivery method and could easily have resulted in theft.

Customer service responses were inconsistent, slow, and often did not reflect the actual situation. I also had to repeat my request multiple times just to initiate account deletion, and even after confirmation, I continued to receive contradictory messages.

To be clear, when orders do arrive correctly, the products and pricing can be very good. However, when something goes wrong, the lack of coordination between YOOX and their courier, combined with poor customer service, creates unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Based on repeated experiences, I have now chosen to close my account permanently.
