My recent purchase was bad

My recent purchase was bad , the size indicated was different as the second pair of pants have the same number size but be completely different sizes(fit) by the same designer different?
Totally disappointed!

Terrible experience with YOOX

Terrible experience with YOOX.

I ordered a pair of Ferragamo shoes listed as UK size 7, but what I received was US size 8.5, which according to Ferragamo’s own size guide is around UK 5.5 — significantly smaller than advertised. This is not a minor difference, it’s a completely incorrect size.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to acknowledge the issue properly and still tried to charge a return fee, even though the item was clearly not as described. Customers should not be paying for a retailer’s mistake.

Very disappointing service and poor handling of a straightforward issue. I would not recommend buying from YOOX if you expect accurate product descriptions or fair customer support.

Too much stress with delivery service

Too much stress with delivery service. Day of delivery changed and next day nobody came though in the ups tracking it was written that they passed and found nobody!!! It is insane because it is my working adress and I was here till 23.00 that day!!! I received my parcel 2 days later in an anonymous box with a part of the original box I assume very moist with the tag with my name and address in bad condition. Inside there was a bag in good condition and a very wrinkled jacket in your usual white paper completely ruined fortunale the paper not the jacket …not the best delivery I ever had from you. What happened I do not know. I took some pictures of the packaging in case you need them.
