This is your service...?
I returned the kit to Virgin Media on 10 October 2025 via Yodle, which Virgin Media sent to my new address.
Within this month, I have had Live chat with Yodle 8-10 times and provided the tracking number to inquire about the location of the item. They could not answer and told me Virgin Media would contact me.
Now, could any of the Yodle members please confirm to me where the parcel is?
