owed money

i believe yoga rebel have gone bust. I had £79 worth of credit which they took with them. i now have no contact or way of reclaiming the money. my bank nationwide are useless. if anyone else was in the same situation and has advice of how to reclaim please let me know!

Totally incompetent

Denied me £200 refund for MONTHS - challenged me to provide tracking receipts, which I thankfully kept. The products delivered were not fit for purpose.

I spoke to an incredibly rude and incompetent member of staff, Rachael, who left weeks before responding to emails.

Eventually I instructed my solicitor to resolve the matter.

Bad customer service

Just read the reviews and agree with them all.... no one responds to anything. Very quick to take money and send good but not to accept returns or process refunds. I finally had acknowledgment of my refund being processed but still no funds..... no telephone number and no response via email or on line form. Unless you are 100% sure you want the item and it’s the right size find another company to order from.

No refund processed for over 2 months.

I have been waiting for a refund on 3 items (best part of £100) since returning them just before christmas following their returns process. Like many other reviews, I have still not received the refund. The last exchange I had was on the 4th of February when I was told their fulfilment company had IT problems and lost a load of returns data. I also noted in that their 0330 number had been removed from their closing email info. I called the number (had it from earlier emails) and the number no longer works! I then searched for reviews and found all your reviews (hence felt the need to sign up to Trustpilot to give my own feedback). I have contacted my credit card company (AMEX) and they have kicked of an investigation. I would encourage every one of you who has not received a refund to do the same with your respective credit card companies.

Legitimately shocked at Yoga Rebel's…

Legitimately shocked at Yoga Rebel's conduct of business. In the first instance their customer service seems to be non-existent. You can supposedly use info@yogarebel to make contact with them but this is a falsity as I've tried twice but receive no contact back. Not even the 'we'll get back to you in 48 hours'. Contact via their social media (Instagram & Twitter) falls on deaf ears and there is no response. The most concerning element is that I used their returns procedure to return my purchased item and tracked it via Royal Mail. I still haven't received a refund. Never in my extensive online purchasing history has this occurred. YogaRebel - very poor way to run a business. Excellent way to get yourself a heinous reputation.

I have been trying to contact Yoga…

I have been trying to contact Yoga Rebel for over 2 weeks now and nobody is getting back to me.
I need a refund from them but I am just being ignored.
They don't even have a phone number.
First and last time I will be using them.

Rude customer service!

What a shame that a simple issue that could have been sorted out with ease with a bit of proper customer service turned into a very poor customer service experience and a review like this...
I was continually told over several emails that the colour bleed on the first wash of a pair of leggings was an external factor that I had caused and it had NOTHING (their capital letters not mine) to do with the product I was asking for an exchange of.
Sadly, regardless of a situation, when a customer is told and I quote: "When you realise this is the case we will be happy to accept your apology" in any circumstance, it's not going to go down well. How rude! They claim they have great customer service, but the reviews on trustpilot here seem to prove otherwise as the experiences are all the same.
I just bypassed them in the end as knew it wasn't worth my energy and dealt with the actual company in the States who sorted me out immediately with a new pair of leggings, an apology from the CEO and a profuse apology for the way I had been treated by a UK supplier with regards to a product of theirs.
I would never deal with this company again and suggest you don't either.

Not a great service! My first and last time.

Bought 2 pairs of leggings from this website. You must have a printer to return something, if you don’t like in my case, you need to pay return postage. I have also waited over 2 weeks for a refund, I had to chase them 3 times, no telephone number to call anyone. Most times they didn’t even reply to my emails. Eventually when I got a refund it was less £30!! I had to chase again. A joke of a business, will never buy from them again.

Fast delivery and great customer service

Nice products, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Ordered three pairs of leggings for international delivery and received them two days after - one item was faulty, but customer service got back to me right away with a satisfactory solution. I'll definitely shop there again!

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Greg at Yoga Rebel. Refund delayed due to a mark on a tank top that they never called to inform or ask me about, despite having the item back at the warehouse for over 2 weeks. I called them myself after checking it had been received and instead of an apology, I was accused of making the mark and they REFUSED to refund me. He also said that he would charge me for returning the damaged item to me. I have NEVER had an online shopping experience like this before. He spoke to me without empathy or consideration before he PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME saying it's not the retailer's fault over and over again. Now I have no top AND they have also £37.95. I will NEVER shop with Yoga Rebel again and advise anyone else against doing so. There needs to be a level of trust between online retailer and customer due to the nature of the business, yet I was treated like a criminal. Bad customer service stories travel a long way; what a shame. I will be taking this further.

Update: after speaking with ACAS, I wrote to Yoga Rebel several times stating consumer law. They said I could have the ‘marked’ top back if I paid £6 to have it delivered, but still no refund despite that being their legal obligation. I subsequently raised a dispute with PayPal who quickly found in my favour and refunded the entire purchase back to my account.

Incorrect description

Gosh - should have read the other review here. I bought a "skidless" yoga towel, which was anything but. Downward dogs resulted in a face plant. I was later told by email that it was for hot yoga only - nothing was said about that in the sales info. However, the responses I got from the company implied that I was somehow at fault. I decided to return the towel, but am now told they didn't receive it. If I could this company a zero I would.
