I haven't purchased anything but believe the ratings so I give you the customer 5 stars because this is not in the USA so you definitely will not get refunded and second it's easy to make up a pretty website to pull people in. That's where they are making money it's not your product it's the money you are paying for the SUPPOSED product that's the scam. If you add up all of you plus more they are pulling in money

It will take over a month to receive items. The clothes are cheap and the customer service is disrespectful. They shorted my order and weeks went by before I had said something and 2 months went by before I received refund. And they said you received a discount code so I couldn't be refunded the full amount

Give my friend her money back y’all sent it to the wrong address and dnt wanna give her a full refund this is sad and ridiculous you people will not get far people always want you to support them but when u do you get this type of situation these people are a scam run far tf away from yoclubwear.com

I PURCHASED A DRESS FOR MY WEDDING RENEWAL IN WHICH IT NEVER CAME MY DELIVERY STATUS SHOWED DELIVERED THO SO I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER WHO TAKES SO LONG TO RESPOND SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF AMY RESPONDED AND Said that they can only give me a 50% refund on something that was never sent out I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN EVER IN LIFE i wish i would have read the reviews first this company a scam

RUN! This company is bogus. I made and order and then got an email that the item is not available. That was almost 2 months ago and still no refund. They don't respond timely and continued to tell me they are going to refund me but didn't. I have no items and no refund.

If I could rate less than one I would but there's no option for that. I ordered 2 dresses neither one were true to size even using sizing guides. They took forever to come. One of the dresses didn't even look like the picture. I contacted customer service but they never responded. This company is trash and I don't understand how they're even still allowed to be open.

Please do not order anything from this company. The pictures and the clothes are not the same. You have to pay your own shipping costs if you return. It is not worth it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PICTURES LOOK

The dresses i ordered do not look like the pictures. The dresses are not true to size and the quality is terrible. I ordered the dresses on June 15 and didn’t receive until July 29th. The worst company do not order from this company. Then they dont want you to return them

I would give a zero rating if possible. The item I ordered looked nothing like the picture and I have been trying to return since June. The package came from New Jersey, but they sent me a return address where ta shipping restriction is in place for in that province and will only take the return if I send it to China. It's convenient they want the return to be shipped to a place that isn't accepting mail.
These people are crooks and scam artists.

This company is a scam!!! I purchased my outfit on July 11, 2022 to wear to my aunt’s funeral on July 27, 2022. I also paid for the express shipping, which means I would have received my package in 5-6 days. They send a fake tracking number that shows my package was in New Jersey (close to where I live) since July 18, 2022. I contacted USPS, who this company apparently shipped my package through, USPS said the company did not ship they package, it shows on their end the company(yoclubwear) still has to create a shipping label. Now days before the funeral I contacted PayPal about getting a refund and told them what happened. As PayPal is awaiting a response, my package just arrived yesterday, July 30, 2022. Days after my aunt’s funeral. I contacted yoclubwear to let them know I no longer need the items and to send me a return label and refund me (I didn’t even open the package to make sure the outfits were legit). Yoclubwear tells me I would be responsible for the return label and since it’s international it would be expensive so it’s better to keep the outfit and they will give me a 15% discount on future purchase. Why would I ever want to order anything else from them and how am I penalized for their scam? This is ridiculous.

i have place an order with them paid extra money to receive it for a special event havent receive it yet,will never order anything again.

Save your money, do not purchase anything from this company, the quality is lousy and so is their return policy. I ordered a 2XL in a 2 piece outfit (allowing for smaller cut). The top was a large and the bottom was 2XL. The quality of all the clothing I ordered was subpar, must have been made in a sweatshop. I contacted Yoclubwear via e-mail to request my money back. I did not ask to have all the items returned, just the outfit they sent in error. I sent pictures of the wrong size and requested a full refund. They offered 50% return of funds and no return. Or I would need to pay to have it shipped all the way back to China in order to get a full refund. Do the math, that still will not be a full refund. Do not deal with companies that trust is only one-sided. You have the power to choose to deal with companies that are not trustworthy.

Places an order on July 4th, paid for expedited shipping and still my order hasn't moved from Woodridge, IL. Have emailed and emailed customer service, NO HELP. I'm going to dispute the charges. I paid for the items when it was time to pay for them, now GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SINCE I HAVE YET TO GET MY ITEMS!!!!

I will never order from this company again. I ordered 4 dresses for a special event the dresses arrived after the event. 3 of the dressed were too small and 1 was too big. it cost me $70 to ship them back!!!! they offered me a 15% coupon on a new order and i could keep the clothes. if I ordered something using that ridiculous coupon and the clothes did not fit I would be back to square one. they never offered to exchange the clothes!!! terrible experience.

Waste of money, $93.00!!! I ordered 3 outfits, very cheap, looks nothing like pics. Slow delivery, and they make it difficult to return. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your money, wish I had read these reviews, it’s all true.

I order June 10th 2022, today is July 18th and I still haven't received anything. Wish I would have read all of this reviews. But I will find a way to get my $300 back if the quality of the clothes is trash like all the reviews indicates. Is sad what I order I needed it for the end of July but by the look of it, is not getting here on time.

Not only did it take 2 months for my package to arrive when it was supposed to be 5-7 days but when it did it was LITERAL TRASH!!! I ordered 2 shirts and 1 pair of shorts. They look NOTHING like the picture! The shorts have this awful chemical/burn smell, I'm afraid to try them on. One shirt is shiny and sheer and the other one looks like it was a middle schoolers art project but had to use their 2nd grade siblings scissors!
Save yourself some grief aggravation money and most importantly time!!! Don't buy from this company

Placed an order May 16th. Today is July 16th. My order has not shipped. I have been emailing customer service and recieved responses 1st: ,your order is in the processing stage now which includes quality control and packing. 2nd: supplier is experiencing huge backlogs: 3rd: was sold out. 4th: Its been shipped. It has not been shipped I can see where a label was created 6 days ago and still no shipping. This is not worth the back and forth. Did I mention I have requested a refund and this was the responses to my request.
