A truly awful experience. I pray no one has to suffer the way I did. Toilets blocked every other week, no hot water or heating for weeks on end in winter and lack of care from caregivers . Receptionists sweet but nonchalant. Management walking around smelling of beer claiming they aren't on shift. Disgraceful.
