Bought the Ongredients Skin Barrier Calming Lotion EX Jumbo thinking I would actually receive the EX Jumbo size of 220ml, while I received the 150ml. Contacted the Customer Service and been ignored. Opened a dispute on paypal and they kept insisting that that was the right item when it is not. Insisted also on making me close the dispute, saying that otherwise they would not be able to process the refund they offered me of half the price (not even the full amount) I paid for the item. Did it, reluctantly, and I am still waiting for updates from them after more than 10 days. Very disappointed by the fact that I am being completely ignored.
