Purchased a high quality BOSCH dish washing machine.
Nothing to say about the product, but headhache with Yeppon.
The only 1 star rating is due to the extremely poor customer service.
I was not in urgent need of receiving the product but I needed to know when I was delivered because I have to go there to collect the product.
Yeppon told me one day and no delievery. They promised me to call me back and they didn't. I reminded them unsuccesfully. I asked to know the shipping company but they said no. At the end I solved the problem thanks to the personal care of the truck driver. Satisfied with product, not with service.

Pray to your product never have any problem
Amazon gives 3 months guarantee and my Food Processor stopped to rotate after 5 months. This Yeppon seller did not give me any assistance. Just answering the emails and nothing. If you buy from him, pray to your product never have any problem. I am completed disappointed. I lost the money invested.
