Its being a while since i was looking for a shop like this, i ordered a guembri form Hassan a very friendly man whole helped me on the process.
I recieved it in 2 weeks which was very fast and it was in perfect conditions.
If i had to buy another guembri i would buy it from this shop everything was just perfect.
And the work that he does is amazing.

Ordered a guembri from Hassan and Sanne when I visited and studied with Hassan in february 2018. I custom-ordered it with a lot of specific details, and it came out exactly the way I wanted it. Hassan makes top-notch Guembris that sound amazing. The shipping was also very very secure and safe. I will definetly buy from Hassan again!

I got two guimbris from Hassan in the last few years...both beautiful instruments ! Their sound is rich and deep. Shiping went well.
I use Hassan's guimbri in my live performenses as well as in studio recordings, highly recomended!

Hassan Laarousi is a master craftsman and has the great idea of playing each Gymbri that he lovingly builds so that customers can hear each instrument's unique tone.
I live in England and needed Gymbri strings, so I ordered from Yellow Workshop. They arrived in a colourful Moroccan-style package.

As a first time Guembri buyer, the luthier, Hassan, was incredibly helpful and responsive from the first (even though we live on separate continents)! He guided me in the selection of materials and styles that would best suit my needs. He even engraved a custom design on the back of my instrument! I love the guembri itself -gorgeous instrument- and it sounds great too!
The price was reasonable and the item was shipped with the utmost care. Clearly this was a labor of love.

Hassan's guembris are not just beautiful art objects, they are also finely made instruments. Yellow Workshop has my sincere thanks. I hold their work in the highest regard.

I purchased a Guembri from YELLOW WORKSHOP a little more than a year ago, Not one day has passed without me picking up and playing this wonderful instrument . Yellowworkshop shipped my instrument safely from Morocco to US/California, there were no problems. I am pleased with the craftsmanship, especially of the complex pattern inlay design, and with the sturdy cowry shell strap I also bought. I took my guembri to a lesson with a Moroccan teacher here who was also impressed with its high quality.

Very helpful. A great help to a new Gnawwa player. Great online support, and amazing videos on YouTube. A shop that is full of fantastic instruments made by a true Morrocan craftsmen. I'd give 10 Stars if possible.
