GARDEN MAINTENANCE
This is a review for Gary Kelly Gardening Services in Stroud.
Gary has done a first class job on our garden, he has tidied up some dead plants, planted new ones and put down black weed suppressor and bark.
Finally, he has cleaned our patio areas which needed a spruce up. Thoroughly pleased with the result and would highly recommend to all needing some garden maintenace.

Mis-sold a 12-month contract that cost…
Mis-sold a 12-month contract that cost me a lot of money and resulted in 2 leads after 7 months. This is not what I was told when i signed up. To leave the contract, they have made it deliberately hard to do; requests by email are not accepted, calls to various departments are required to ensure they keep milking you for all they can.

You did not use the material (photos) we provided, very dissapointed.
Initial contact was very good however the design person did not listen at all and just used whatever photos she could find.
All in not a happy customer would not reccomend.

Tried to cancel our subscription with…
Tried to cancel our subscription with them because they didn't contribute anything at all to our business, but they refused. We stopped payment to them, they then said they would cancel our account. Next thing we get debt collectors after us and at least 17 texts a week from yell demanding money. We listened with debt collectors and received a credit note from yell, then we get another bill which we didn't agree with as the account was closed, then we get another £40 added on for later payment. DO NOT do business with this company. They are just out for what they can get and give nothing in return.

Been with Yell for 6 months now. Really happy with outcome. Has helped my business grow. They stripped back my website and started again, making it much more professional and freed me up to concentrate on growing and maintaining services.
