What is going on with Yandy?

I’ve been a loyal customer to Yandy for years. They were my go-to for Halloween, lingerie, etc. All of a sudden they’ve gone silent on customer service. It’s 2022. That is a death sentence for any brand. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have tried numerous times to contact them via email, phone (non working #), and social media. If they’re not going to ship my order I’d just like a refund. It’s also strange because my order says it’s confirmed? Not sure what is going on over there. Such a shame.

Yandy has gone AWOL

We've ordered before and were satisfied by the experience and products, but now (Sep 2022), they're non-responsive by email, phone, and live chat. Our account shows the order as "unfulfilled" and our credit card was charged. But trying to find out the status is impossible -- 4 emails unanswered, 2 phone calls yielded an automated message that they're "having issues" with their phone and instructs people to email or chat, and their live chat only connects to a bot that instructs people to phone or email instead! We don't want to cancel the order because the merch is nice but will have to get Visa to dispute the charges if something doesn't get better.

SCAM-Worst online purchase experience

Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I have ordered here about 2 years ago and did not have these issues.. I read the reviews about how awful this company is but I decided to trust it anyway and give them the benefit of the doubt cause I had been excited about a collection dropping…. TERRIBLE IDEA. I have sent numerous emails and called customer support(which basically gives you a recorded line, says it’s busy then hangs up and says to email) and I have heard nothing back for 8 days. I order back on 9/2/22 and it took 4 days to confirm my order was placed(took money out immediately when I ordered of course but no confirmation for days). Still no shipping information and I’m assuming this is a scam. DONT ORDER HERE! Worst decision you’ll make. I spent about $100 and this is the treatment you get. They don’t seem to care about customers or their experience but very happy to take money right away. Extremely disappointed and hope I do get my order but after this experience I won’t ever be ordering here again and I will be sure to spread the message to EVERYONE I know. Even if I were to actually receive my order it is not worth the anxiety and stress. You spend about $100 and spend the next 8+ days stressed if you’re out the money or not and they don’t care at all.

EDIT: once I left multiple negative reviews on several sites I received a basic email saying “ We are experiencing longer than normal fulfillment delays”. It took 8 days to give me even that…I could slightly understand if it was close to a holiday but it’s the beginning of September with Halloween 2 months away. I can’t even imagine how long it would take to receive a costume you spent a minimum of $80 on. Don’t do it!!!! There is plenty of other lingerie and costume sites that will make your experience a million times better.

I would go zero stars customer service…

I would go zero stars customer service sucked no notifications on delays No call backs just generic thank you emails. Called my credit card company and canceled my order as not received. Many other company's out there looking for your business. Bypass yandy at all costs. Rayy in customer service is a tool bag and should be fired.

Trying to get ahold on anyone in…

Trying to get ahold on anyone in customer service. I chose expedited shipping when I ordered yesterday and my item has still not shipped. This was shipped to a location I will only be at for a limited time and will not be able to get the package if its not shipped today.

SCAM!

I ordered in august, and still no package is picked up by UPS. Only billing info or something. UPS said it’s not normal to take so long. I will probably not get my package, no email answers either. I highly doubt I will get any refund, cause this company is a fraud. So I recommend to other people, do not order anything from them!!

Disappointed.

I ordered a item from them got it, it was too small. Sent it back got refund!! Used refund Ordered a new item, they completed order took my money, emailed right back saying it was out of stock and kept my money 💰
Thanks for ignoring my emails also. Guess this is how cheap junk stays in buisness. I'll never be back.

Poor service.

Poor service.
Tracked my item from China to the U.K.
Ordered 30 th March.
Stayed at the U.K. holding depot till the 29th April then apparently was delivered to my home address.
Actually it wasn’t delivered.
They said it was , but was not.
Always pay by PayPal , seek refund.
Would advise against buying anything from them.
Would not give them 1 out of 5.

Inconsistent service

I've ordered a few times from this company and I feel they are never 100%

I ordered specific colours for thigh highs and got something different. The second time there was a different label over it and when I emailed them they tried to talk themselves out of it. I proved with photos this was clearly a label swap. They automatically refunded after I had to show multiple photos proving the label had been swapped. Their reply to me says "I feel" the colours were not right. I showed them the colours they listed on their website and screenshot that and took a photo of what I received. It was clear it's not the right colour and it was a label swap. Might be unfortunate incident and I was fine until the second incident.

Look at their terms and conditions you will see they say they're not "responsible" if the item is not listed as being "in stock" correctly. This means that at the time of shipping they will just cancel your item, refund that item and send the rest of the order out if there's anything. They didn't contact me to ask if I wanted to change my order so I asked them to change my order and just invoice me the extra as I paid $59.95 US for the express shipping which of course is very expensive and I do not want to have to put through another order. They did not let me add to the order and just said no because apparently they shipped it out already (without consulting.) I will say that I did indeed receive my items quickly with the $59.95 express option. So that was good at least.

FYI seems like companies will rename the item so when you go to locate it you can't find it anywhere else but if you try to find it manually using the brand or google image reverse you will find it. Just a tip for those who weren't able to get their item from Yandy if they cancel because they don't have it in stock :)

I changed my stars to 2 but I still think this company needs to improve

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM YANDY!!

Have been a loyal customer and spent hundreds of dollars at Yandy. The one time I needed to do an exchange (not a return) because the color wasn't the same as what was shown on their website, they wanted me to pay for shipping again and would only give a store credit for the original purchase (minus shipping costs). Spoke to supervisor Ashley and she was not nice and said she will not cover the $6.95 shipping for the replacement order. I told her to please check my purchase history that shows I have spent lots of money on your site, she stood her ground and will not even cover the $6.95 shipping cost for a loyal customer! Just on principle, I will not pay shipping twice for the item being shown incorrectly on their website. Also, they are very tricky as no where on the website or during your purchase does it say FINAL SALE. Yandy hides it in their return policy that any sale item is considered final sale, even if it is just 10% off! And you cannot return final sales (basically, anything that is discounted)!!! SO BUYER BEWARE!! Will never buy from Yandy again. Very bad customer service for just processing an exchange, can't image what it would be like if I wanted a refund. Taking my business elsewhere.

Horrendous Customer Service-no returns with their trickery

I had placed an order for a themed bday party trip, the order never came until after my trip. I understand with COVID and other issues going on in the world today that the orders are delayed. Once I was notified on that the prder was late, I asked to have my order canceled. This is apparently a hot topic for them because I then had to screen shot every email with them and highlight the time stamps clearly indicating that I had asked to cancel the order before shipment. Even after all this, I was still ok as long as I was eventually able to return these unique outfits that I did not have any use for now. Nope- they were extremely rude throughout the whole process and combative. Telling me that it is my fault because I did not cancel in time. They then ask you to "initiate a return" once this is completed you get a vague email from them stating you started the return process with NO OTHER directions. I reached out for assistance with overall return and guidance about a shipment label which they do not provide adn then stated they wouldn't take my return. Just to summarize the situation, I put an order in with Yandy, I was notified it was delayed, I reached out to cancel my order, it was shipped to me regardless (so sketchy after seeing me cancel), I attempted to return the order within the timeframe listed in return policy, they rejected my return without any explanation other than I didn't cancel their delayed order, so they made a mistake that I have to pay for. HORRENDOUS!!

Order canceled for no reason

I ordered 13 items, not during a sale or anything just a regular order. They sat on the money for 4 days then out of the blue canceled my order for reason: other. What does that mean?? I was super excited about this order. Called them during their listed business hours and got the message that it was outside of business hours. Their hours are listed as 9-5 PST Sun-Fri, called at 330 pm PST on Friday so they should have been open. I'm super disappointed, I needed this lingerie for a photoshoot and now I'm scrambling to find something in time. This company used to be good but now they suck. I won't be returning and will tell friends not to buy from this site.

Absolutely not worth your money for the hassle!

Well I am glad that at a minimum my order has actually shipped. Feel sorry for all those who have been scammed....contact your bank and file a claim against them this is the only way you will get your hard earned money back.

The only good thing I have to say about Yandy is the prices are very good and even better when you get discounts.

I placed my order on Dec. 22nd and received no communication from them until I inquired about why my order had not shipped last week. Was given the same excuses as everyone else that they were not able to fulfill my order but no reason was given. I asked to get my shipping upgraded since I had already waited 2 weeks for my order to ship. That was refused. I asked when my order would be shipped, they said "this week" that was last week.

Received a shipping email that gave a tracking number but that wasn't activated until today. So only 3 weeks to get my order shipped and I will probably have to wait another 2 weeks to receive it.

Very poor customer service, very slow shipping, seems like they don't care at all about their customers. Sad and a shame really. Will not order again from them regardless of how cheap the products are.

Buyer beware!!

Want to add another voice to how horrible they are

Want to add another voice. Ordered on Black Friday. A few days later I got a message saying that things were delayed a few days. No biggie, right. Next contact is about 2 weeks later when I got a message stating that 1 item was out of stock, but otherwise the order was still processing. Again, no biggie, right, but shouldn't I have gotten everything like a week ago? ANOTHER 2 or 3 weeks go by and out of the blue I get another email saying the ENTIRE order was canceled because "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to fulfill your order." What are the unforeseen circumstances? No clue. I went on their website and nearly everything from my canceled order is still selling there. Apparently, they want me to repurchase everything, just now at the non-Black Friday cost? Shady business practices at best, horrible customer experience at the very least.

Don’t expect to get your order

I ordered 29 pieces on Black Friday, and after waiting a month I inquired and they said my order would be to me in a week. A week later they informed me it was cancelled and every item I'd ordered was back on the website for more than I'd paid for them originally. I decided recently to try again - I ordered a body suit in M, L, and XL, another body suit in one size, a teddy in M and a body stocking. Today I received three XL body suits (the one that was supposed to be multiple sizes) and a bodystocking. No teddy and no other body suit. Packing slip listed all the items that were supposed to be in the package (though didn't list the other sizes). Super disappointed in their inability to fulfill orders.
