Non existent customer service. Website lacks useful and necessary information. I had to chase them, then they wasted my time unnecessarily.

The web site is easy to navigate. My order was ready and sent promptly and I was kept informed at all stages. The items that I received are in great condition. The team at Yandles work hard for our pleasure. I would highly recommend them, a call is always met with a welcome and very helpful advice. It is my go to place for my woodturning products.

Dispatched promptly, well packaged, good communication, arrived in good condition. This is the second of these I've owned. Does a great job of protecting the lungs. Unlike passive respirators it works even on bearded folk. The filters need to be frequently cleared to ensure adequate air flow. The elastic strap at the rear gave out on my previous model after a couple of years, which I repaired. other than this it has been totally reliable.

I bought this work light to use with my bandsaw because the lamp that was fitted was faulty. This Record lamp is strong and the magnets are powerful enough to hold it securely in place. There is the option of using the magnet in the base of the lamp or for other positions the bracket can be snapped into place with its own magnet. The light emitted is plenty bright enough. It can be used with 3 x AA batteries or 1 x lithium battery or with the USB cable. Well worth the price.

This was my first bandsaw purchase. Looked at the cheaper options and watched a few you tube videos then decided to buy the Record Power BS250. Suits my purposes very well for a first bandsaw. The only bad thing is the rip fence, but after watching many you tube videos, it can be changed for an Axminster rip fence that is much better for only £20. Why Record Power don’t improve this for a few quid is beyond me. Apart from the fence this machine is great.

Why indicate delivery is 'from free' when none of the options fulfill this. Quite frankly, if you cannot get something as transparent as delivery correct, it does not inspire confidence on dealing with you.
