Professional and friendly from start to finish. Lovely website with lots of information which made me feel secure in a purchase. I asked for extra photos and a video call to view the handbag and this was swiftly executed by Lizzie, who was very helpful.

I saw an item that I really liked on the website and requested a chat with someone as I had a couple of questions. I have never dealt with any other pre-owned company that is so professional, so helpful and simply the best. Lizzie in particular was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was extremely patient with every request,issue and favour I asked her! I cannot recommend Xupes enough and their product quality is second to none. I have purchased twice from them now and both items I received were like new! Another brilliant Xupes experience
I’ve bought and sold with Xupes and every interaction has been incredibly positive.
Most recently I purchased one of my holy grail bags and it was absolutely faultless from start to finish. I wasn’t sure about whether or not to make the purchase so I visited the head office to see the bag rather than buying online. I made an appointment for the same day and was met by Lizzie. The bag was great but the in store service was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the bag, showed me multiple products and just it was all round a brilliant service.
