Xoom makes money with exchange dollars…
Xoom makes money with exchange dollars to Mexican pesos, and that is ok; now xoom add fee for that, never before did it!!!

I was never charged any fees anytime for sending small amounts that I have been sending for many years to the same recipient, but today I was charged $5 today for sending $100 to the same receipent & the same recipient bank from many years !!
