it is a really nice product and does what it advertises to do, unfortunately my cat played with it and half a bottle leaked out but that is obviously outside of the companies control im just so sad i wanted to share it hahahaha.

I placed an order for two products, but they canceled it without any reason and without my request.
The worst part? They DIDN’T REFUND me THE FULL AMOUNT. Despite multiple messages to customer service and their repeated promises, I still haven’t received all my money back.

Ordered products and paid for delivery and then received a duty and tax invoice from fedex for £19 which Xlash said was my responsibility to pay?! I have been using your products for years and will now never purchase from you again.

Hi I was sent an xlash brow serum and eyelash serum. I do think that the eyebrow did work but because my eyebrows were in such bad repair it has it's work made harder. I will keep using it and see what the outcome is. I also recieved some eye gel patches heaven 15 minutes of me time. Thank you so much. These products have given me a lift at a time that I really needed it. Helen Quayle

If you are buying to the uk don’t! You have to pay a tonnes of import fees, as the company is in the EU and now doesn’t cover it. A £55 order has £17 of import fees you’ll need to pay when fedex try to deliver. Not worth the money at all!

Customer service doesn’t reply!!! Shopping bag was showing an amount, I was charged for a different amount and I wrote so many email to their customer service. I didn’t received any answer. Unacceptable!!! Don’t buy directly from them!!!

I ordered a 6 ML Xlash wimper serum, paid €56,25 but got an error when it autamatically went back to the website. Customer service doesn’t reply… I’m afraid I just threw away my money

I do not recommend this product after using this product for a few days my eyelashes fell out…

Absolutely awful, saw no improvement to my eyelashes and serum started to irritate the area around my eyes. I’ve never had a problem with any other product causing me irritation apart from this one. So disappointed and an absolute waste of your money. Do not buy.

Horrible company that doesn't stand behind their expensive terrible product!! I bought their xlash pro and it burned my lids, made them swollen red and very irritated. I contacted the company literally within 3 days of receiving and using the item and asked them for a refund and a return shipping label to return their product. They refused to send me a return label and insisted that I send them before and after pics; asking me to put the item back on my eyes to let them burn and swell again!! They also told me I must pay customs fees as well as return shipping fees etc. Horrendous non existent customer service! NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!

DO NOT BUY!!! this product did not help my lashes to grow! It made my lashes come off faster. This is the first time I have written a review about something, but I want to share this information because I am so disappointed with this product. Believe me, this product does not help and I hope others do not waste their money on this product.

Didn’t received my order, Fedex couldn’t deliver it to me. I tried to reach the company 2 times, they do not answer emails at ALL. So frustrating when little companies like this one are so not serious about their businesses. So I didn’t received my order nor the money back. 112$ lost. I do NOT recommend this company, there’s a lot of companies out there that have as good or even better products with MUCH BETTER customer service.

Absolute scammers xlash don’t provide shipping details, they don’t respond to emails, no product has been received, it’s been a week since they changed my credit card and there is communication at all . They just steal your money !!! Watch out

Unprofessional company. Poor communication and customer service. Had to chase them to confirm whether or not my order had gone through as didnt receive any notification, then again about dispatch after a week had gone by just to be told they were out of stock and had to wait for at least 2 more weeks... not good when the customer has to chase the seller to get answers.

Shipping takes long. Overall the products are good. Not possible to track the shipment. Customer service is not helpful

Bought this serum after seeing Kate Hutchins’ beautiful long eyelashes on Instagram. I’ve been using the serum for over 3 months now and my lashes haven’t grown at all. Disappointed as other lash serums have worked for me in the past.

Used both Xlash and Xbrow for almost 2 months now. No difference at all. Sent an email to support claiming 100% money back guarantee. They want ME to pay the package to send the product back to them before they can say if i can get the money back. Worst customer support ever. Never answer the emails.

Delivery took a little while but it’s finally here. Just applied for the 1st time on lashes so can’t really see any results yet. Applying is easy, doesn’t get sticky on eyes and dries fast as well. Will review after 28 days again!

Arrived broken, emailed support 2 times, no response! Why I pay so much for a tiny serum and get it broken and leaking? And also how it is possible nowadays just ignoring customers??

I was a little worried at first after reading negative comments about this company so I have emailed the customer service. They were really helpful and responses within a day. My order arrived about 3-4 days after purchasing. I have not used the product itself enough yet to review it however shipping and customer service were fab!
