Store does not reply to any communications. Very poor customer service. I wish I had used Amazon instead. Still no laptop delivered, or updates on my order's progress. Not sure if I've been scammed, as I'm unable to contact them.
I bought philpad directly from Xidustore not from AMAZON which was the mistake, three weeks after purchased, the philpad can't hold the charge and when it's unplugged after 5-10 minutes, it suddenly shut off by itself then when I restarted it won't turned on unless I plug it in. It's very hard to contact customer service, there is no phone number, the only way by email or chatting online, my email never get answered, chatting online will get answered after a week I posted the question or comment, it's a very horrible customer service.
When I told them the problem, after a week they asked for video that shows the problem and I did posted for them, a week after they came to conclusion that I need to fix it my self by reinstalling the software, even though clearly it was the battery problem. The seller need to stand by their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, other than asked the buyer to fix the problem, they need to take and replace their product. I now have a $400 piece of junk 3 weeks old tablet sitting on my table for nothing. My Mistake if I bought this from AMAZON, I can always send it back to them instead of dealing with unprofessional seller from china.
