Thank you for the feedback. Regarding the instability: The Caldwell Deadshot bags are designed to be adjustable. Please try opening the fill-spout/Velcro and removing some of the internal media. This will allow the bag to settle into a completely flat shape and stop the "rock and roll," providing the stable platform you need.

Order Quality Issues and Very Difficult After-Sales Support Experience
I recently placed an order with Xhunter Australia and encountered unexpected issues when the item arrived. The product I received wasn’t in the condition advertised, and although it was still usable, it had clear defects that shouldn’t have been present in a new purchase.
I contacted the business straight away with photos and a detailed explanation so that we could sort out a simple remedy. Unfortunately, getting clarity on how the issue would be handled became surprisingly difficult. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and often shifted the focus to policies rather than addressing the actual problem or offering a practical solution.
At one stage I was asked to return the item without any confirmation of what remedy would follow. Given the uncertainty and the lack of firm guidance, I felt uncomfortable sending the product back without knowing whether I would receive a replacement, repair, or refund.
After several attempts to resolve the matter directly and in good faith, I had no choice but to escalate the situation through external channels to have it reviewed properly. That process is now underway.
For transparency, I want to make it clear that this review relates solely to one individual purchase. I’m not posting on behalf of anyone else and I’m using only my own account. My intention is simply to share my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions, particularly if ordering higher-value items where good after-sales support is important.
I genuinely hope Xhunter improves its approach to resolving product issues, because these situations can be handled quickly and fairly when communication is clear and customer concerns are taken seriously.

Have never experienced a problem navigating the XHunter website- a tracking number is quick in being issued & delivery times very prompt as they can be - (Aust Post are a pack of useless flogs) - no fault of XHunter. Importantly the packaging of all items I’ve purchased has been impeccable bordering overkill but everything arrives in 1st class condition with zero damage despite Aust Posts efforts to destroy every package they handle. (Yes a pack of flogs!) - well done XHunter - one of the more reputable suppliers of firearms products out there!

Damaged Safe, No Replacement and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a firearm safe from Xhunter Australia that arrived damaged and unusable. Despite providing clear photo and video evidence, the company refused to repair or replace it under Australian Consumer Law, blaming couriers and internal policies instead.
Weeks of ignored emails and dismissive responses followed, forcing me to escalate the matter through formal complaint channels. Their customer service was evasive, unhelpful and unprofessional — once payment was made, communication stopped.
Consumers should know that Xhunter’s after-sales support is almost non-existent. I recommend buying from a business that actually stands by what it sells and values its customers.
