We had chosen this plugin for a client's specific use case when it comes to WooCommerce.

Along the way, there was issues encountered due to the unique mix of plugins and payment gateway we were using (Omise and WC Smart Coupons).

The Xeroom team was effective in resolving these compatibility issues in a helpful and collaborative manner, even though these are issues due to previously unsupported plugins/payment gateways. They were always friendly and communicative throughout the process.

I think this illustrates their team's commitment to ensuring their plugin stays relevant.

We have found the functions of Xeroom to be more than adequate and is actually much better than the other alternatives, including WC Xero integration, and would recommend giving it a try.

Been using their module for a few months now. The official WooCommerce one was a bit "plain" if I'm being honest - you need to be an accountant to understand the difference.
Xeroom just works. Does what it says on the tin (read their docs!). Had a couple of questions when setting it up and their support actually replied within a few hours with proper answers, not some generic template nonsense.
It's solid and they seem to know what they're doing :) Worth the switch if you're having issues with the standard WooCommerce module and want to have more (much more) options in settings.

This is an essential plugin for sync between Xero and WooCommerce.

In fact, it's a one of a kind. Offering 2-way Inventory sync as well as the usual order sync and other features expected of a good WooCommerce and Xero integration.

It eliminates the need for any 3rd party platform.

Not only is this a brilliant plugin for our websites but the service is second to none.

The posting from our websites to the Xero accounting is seamless. Each order is easily posted to Xero and add any new stock that are a part of the order.

We are saving a fortune with bookkeeping fees as well as freeing up valuable time knowing everything is faultlessly posted from Storm Russo to Xero.

I use it as does my wife in her business and our bookkeeper recommends it for all her Xero clients.

Xeroom has saved me literally hundreds of hours of time in creating invoices in xero for me instead of having to retype and cut and paste them. It is a solid reliable plugin and great support service too - highly recommended!

I have been using Xeroom on my woocommerce website for over 5 years now. The product just works and makes my admin process to Xero extremely smooth.
On the rare occasion I have any issues with my website not communicating with Xeroom and xero, their customer service is always above and beyond. It usually turns out that the issue is a on my end but they ar always very happy to help.

A Great Xero Integration
We tried the official plugin and had many problems - it basically wouldn’t do what we wanted. We also tried another one which was even worse before we found Xeroom and apart from one minor thing which was quickly sorted with the great support, it all worked perfectly out-of-the-box.

Xeroom worked well from the beginning and we did not find it hard to setup. Some knowledge of accounting is required for the Xero integration settings, but it works as described in the docs which are great.

We discovered a subtle bug related to the rate of calls to Xero, although at times frustrating, Peter provided excellent support, all emails were responded to and over time we identified the bug and it was resolved.

If you need a supported plugin this is the one to go for.

Once set-up (which was complicated (but we got there with great support from Xeroom) this has been an excellent plugin for us. Support has always been responsive whenever needed and helped us iron out gremlins with discount codes and refunds.

We have used Xeroom for 4yrs. We needed a application to link our WooCommerce subscriptions to Xero and after researching found that Xeroom was what we needed and as a small business the price was competitive. The best feature for us was that we could customize it for our business by allocation the payment to specific accounts in Xero which we found other applications didn't allow. We are very happy with our switch to Xeroom. We are a small business and it has a lot of added value over the other connectors out there with well thought out processes and features. I like the ease-of-use for setting up the accounts, multiple payment gateways, hooks into other plugins and two way synch for things like products, inventory and paid invoices. It has improved our overall online accounting greatly.

After launching a site, the sync between the website and Xero wasn't functioning and the error logs weren't very helpful. After reaching out to Paul we spend some time working through any potential issues and solving a few conflicts. I must say that most of the problems were caused by clashes with other parts of the site, or with the configuration. The issues didn't reflect the integration itself.

All in all, Paul was a superb help and worked hard to get these problems sorted. Now the integration is working flawlessly!

Xeroom did what I wanted. We wanted to get WooCommerce Subscriptions working properly with Xero and struggled with two other generic connectors. Xeroom delivered without any drama and we are pleased with it's smooth operation.
